到酒店後已經凌晨兩點多了，前台給房間很快，房間很大，也很乾凈。感歎歐洲的環保行動，不用一次性洗漱用具，連水都需要自己去公共飲水機接，有一個大玻璃瓶裝水用。幸好我自己帶着牙刷和牙膏，呵呵。前台很熱情。早餐是自助餐，還不錯。

Már második alkalommal foglaltam ebbe a szállodába. Nem csalódtam most sem! Közel van a belvároshoz, finom és bőséges a reggeli. Minőségiek a tisztálkodó szerek. Odafigyelnek a környezettudatosságra. Tiszta az egész épület és tudom tölteni az elektromos autómat!

Had a one night stay at the hotel, following a medical procedure. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable enough to accommodate 3 adults. However, what really stood out was the reception team’s professionalism and genuine care, particularly Ionela and Hunor’s. The two of them really did their best to tend to our needs throughout our stay - very respectful, resourceful and kind. Brilliant duo and a brilliant team altogether!

The hotel is located in the center. Very clean and lovely rooms. The children received gifts ;). Many thanks to Jonela and Karina for their hospitality. Breakfast is included in the room price and is very tasty. Parking is also included in the room price, which greatly simplified my logistics.

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton with my family while visiting Cluj for medical reasons. During my stay, the hotel staff, especially Ms. Ionela and Ms. Maria, were extremely helpful in accommodating us and thoughtful towards my situation. At one point, I had the hotel staff wishing me a speedy recovery and that meant a lot. Besides that, I found the rooms to be extremely clean, the breakfast full of a variety of foods, and the location to be within walking distance of the Old Town’s center. A great experience overall!

We were given a corner room with great views of Cluj, access to lounge (evening happy hour with wine/beer/snacks) and 2 free drink coupons. Smooth check in with garage parking under the hotel, and late checkout was granted. Ionela, Maria, and Ada were kind and welcoming, great experience! Hotel was conveniently located to old town, and easy to get to airport as well. Would stay here again next visit.

A hotel with a very high standard of quality, where you are greeted with smiles and politeness as soon as you step in. All the staff are extremely kind and attentive to the customer’s needs, they just go far and beyond to make you feel welcomed and ensuring you have a comfortable stay. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere, modern and stylish decor, delicious breakfast. We also had an event here - everything went fantastic: perfect organization, perfect timing, attention to detail, total involvement and dedication from the staff, who proved a high level of professionalism. Special thanks to Denisa Bartha (an exceptional Sales & Event Manager) who spared no efforts and to whom we owe the great success of the event, And also to Irina, Iulia Bica from sales, Cristina and Ana-Maria who prepared a spotlessly clean room for me, to Hunor (the event assistant) who was also outstanding, to Maria, the two Rebeccas from the Reception, and Mr. Stefan from maintenance. In fact, everyone I interacted with were absolutely wonderful! The amenities are modern and very careful thought of. The Water Device available on the Hallway reflects their care and attention to Sustainability. All the equipments that were on our disposal were new, using the lastest technology and high speed wifi. I heartily recommend this hotel; whether you are a guest or you wish to organize an event in Cluj, Hampton by Hilton is the best choice!
