非常棒的入住體驗，非常古老的建築，讓人感覺到久遠的歷史氣息撲面而來！帶孩子參加音樂節離CIM也就100米吧，真的太方便了！下次有機會一定還會選擇這家酒店的。

Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.

The staff was very nice, especially during the breakfast rush. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shower head in our bathroom as it would not turn off. We called maintenance and while the gentleman was extremely respectful and courteous, he could not fix the issue. We had to listen to water continuously drop from the shower head that was 9 foot in the air and hit the floor of the walk in shower all night and day. It was extremely exasperating. The maintenance man said he would note the issue and have the front desk staff compensate us for the inconvenience. However, when discussing with the front desk staff the next morning, they did not seem to have any notes on the maintenance issue and took a laughable amout of money off our bill.
Also the walls are paper thin and could hear entire conversations in the room next to us. The room on the floor above us were banging around until around 2am and started back up at 6am. The rest of the hotel was nice but could use a serious coat of paint.

We stayed at this property in December and chose to return for a longer stay in January. Parking was easy, breakfast was easy, and staff was nice. Some rooms were a little older feeling but clean with nice towels. No gym but a bar and nice area to sit in the breakfast area.

Lovely place to stay! It is right off Wade Circle with all the museums within easy walking distance. A great restaurant is less than a block and the university abuts with it. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast, included with your stay, was wonderful. We will be returning.

The Glidden is a dignified and beautiful property. It is quiet and very attuned to customer service. It is within walking distance of some of Cleveland's finest attractions (e.g., the Cleveland Art Museum, the Botanical Garden, the University (Case Western) and a short walk away from Little Italy with shops and the first (and still serving) Italian restaurant. You must like tradition to stay at The Glidden and admire and respect fine architecture.
