recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn in Cleveland, TN and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Amber for her outstanding hospitality.

This place was absolutely amazing. The manager was always smiling And so polite. The staff were also very friendly and kind we felt like everyone there was willing to meet any needs that we had. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at and when we come back through town, we will always stay here.

Staff was great rooms were clean. Nice porch to hang out on. Good breakfast absolutely recommend and will stay many more times cookies were always fresh when we got off work outside was clean and well maintained nice gas fireplace on patio. Air conditioner worked well

Fitness center equipment condition was unacceptable. Two of three treadmills had out of order signs and the third would come on but the speed buttons didn’t work (so stuck at 1 mph). One of the two ellipticals wouldn’t come on and the other’s load button didn’t work to increase resistance (also stuck at 1). When I checked in I asked the night clerk when the two with out of order signs would be working (I travel often and don’t stay at hotels without operating fitness centers) and she said they have been broken awhile and aren’t being fixed until after the remodel later this year. When I found the rest not working correctly this morning I asked the morning clerk and he said they all quit working yesterday due to a power surge? On a positive note, the room was clean and the desk staff was helpful. For me, a fitness center is a must and i call ahead to make sure they are open. Outside the issue with the fitness center I would rate it 4 stars.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Some of the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. We stopped here after a long day of traveling to just spend the night to continue our drive home in the morning. We had a room booked for five. When we got there, we were given a room with two queen beds. We went to the front desk and were told that no rooms could accommodate five. They then called the manager and said actually they could accommodate five, but we needed to have a rollaway. Which wasn’t a problem at all. So they were going to deliver the rollaway while we were at dinner. We came back after dinner and the rollaway was not there. Visited the front desk again and was told that they can’t find any Rollaways. We then made my daughter a bed on the floor because it was now 10 o’clock at night, and there was no other options for us. At approximately 11 PM we are woken up by a knock on the door that they had miraculously found a rollaway. At that point everybody was sleeping anyways. Due to the hassle they said they would comp our room for the night. Guess what? I was still charged. I’ve been trying to reach the manager for a week, have called four times, and left numerous messages and can’t even get a call back. Completely ridiculous.

We stayed on a Friday night. Once we arrived the front desk was very busy so I did the digital check in and it was simple easy. The room was clean. Later when we came back from Dinner I stopped at the front desk to see if I could print something off. The man at the counter was supper helpful & friendly. That night when we were in our room watching tv around 10:00 pm our neighbors were being noisy. Sounded like unattended kids jumping off the bed and banging the headboard against the wall. About 10:45 I called the front desk to let them know and advise I was going to bed. The woman said she would handle it ( she was new- said it was her first day ). About 11:10 I called back and the man I dealt with earlier answered. He said he knew who it was and would handle it. Within 5 minutes it was quiet . We slept like babies. The bed was so comfortable and it was peaceful. A great stay and thank you so much for making the neighbors be quiet!

Customer service by Connie the coordinator was excellent from my initial phone calls making my reservations from states away to meeting her at the hotel. Daryl Owen at front desk made check in process quick and painless. He also gave personal touch interactilon making you feel invited and welcome at the hotel instead of just a guest at a jotel. What an awesome team and phenomenal weekend. You guys made the difference!

Calling the hotel directly and making a last minute reservation went smoothly went smoothly. We got to the hotel late and checked in. I was shocked to find feces in the toilet when I entered the bathroom. Called the front desk right away, and was moved to a different room. I was told a discount would be given for the inconvenience. Later found out that there was only a $20 discount for the room given on my bill. I honestly feel that a little better generous discount could have been given - especially since it was close to midnight when we check in to the hotel.
