Very good hotel situated in the city center with very friendly staff. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in France

Everything was perfect except towels which are very cheap quality like 1 star hotel. Management should change to a better quality conform to 3 stars hotel.

If you want to charge your electric car, if you want to inform the hotel about that an hour before arrival, and if you still want to find out that the whole parking lot is "full" according to a completely unhelpful lady at the reception, this 1970s hotel is one for you. Also highly recommendable for lovers of a heating device in the room that makes loud noises throughout the night. Fans of awkward, old and not really attractive hotel rooms will also find a lot to discuss and laugh about in this place.

The hotel is very old. Parking site is horrible; dark and you won’t feel safe. Very narrow for car to go through. 15 euros for one night. I booked there for the EV car charging but all charging station were full. The hotel elevator is old. You can see through the door when it goes up. The building is old. I don’t understand how can they charge so high price for this kind condition

The standard double room was very small, not even able to open our luggage properly. We have to crossover the luggage once we opened it fully if we wanted to get to the other side of the bed. The heater was not working during our two-night stay. Even the towel rack has no heat too. This hotel is most likely 2.5 stars, not even reached a 3-star hotel standard yet. The price tells it matched the standard. No hanger or wardrobe in our room, not match to the picture shown. Don't have a hanger to hang our coat and clothes. The good thing about this hotel is the location, it's near the supermarket and Place de Jaude. Easy to find nice restaurants nearby. The receptionists were friendly and helpful to recommend us to the local dining venues. And there are plenty of public parking slots outside the hotel which is 7 pm to next day 9 am free parking.

Our stay was good overall. However, I was charged for the room at checkout and only discovered later that I had already paid when I booked originally. This is a serious error and I am now trying to get a refund which is a hassle.

Very good location

hormis la panne informatique, à l’arrivée, m’obligeant à patienter un quart d’heure avant d’obtenir mes clés (peut-être que la bonne idée serait t’avoir une version téléchargeable en PDF pour l’avoir sur le fond d’écran pour avoir les correspondances numéro de clé et noms des clients!)… Hôtel ouvert 24/24h, ce qui est rare pour Clermont-Ferrand, donc appréciable. la chambre est propre, fonctionnelle, la petite bouilloire et le sèche-cheveux est appréciable. Il y est assez facile de se garer autour de l’hôtel. Il est assez bien situé car pas trop loin de la place de Jaude. Ma chambre était un peu petite à mon goût, mais cela doit sûrement correspondre à un tarif de location par site annexe.

Agréable séjour à Clermont-Ferrand dans cet hôtel bien tenu, propre et calme. Le + : la place centrale n'est pas très loin à pied.
