Definitely could use much improvement in friendliness also should stop asking customers with medical service animals for ridiculous deposits they have to fight to get back

Stayed here for a wedding. Checking into the hotel took a long time and there was only 1 person in front of us. Checking out also took just as long. Room was a little smoky and muggy. Bed was comfy and clean but the room felt dirty. There was a big warp in the bathroom floor, I assume from flooding. The fridge reeked of ****.

I found a stain on my bedsheets, left a note and followed it up with 2 calls , they never responded. They have no Customer Service!! On a side note the breakfast is Bad. Personally I would not recommend staying here. There has to be a better choice for a night's stay.

Sometimes people just dont like to follow the rules... Quit 13 years ago and can smell it a mile away now and understand how non appealing it is.

Property not cared for! Breakfast unappetizing!! Boring and sloppy!! Trash and pot holes in parking lot! Sign to property was difficult to locate, lighting needs improvements!! Overall rundown property, management is not taking care of much of anything!!

The staff was virtually non existent, you had to ring a bell every time you needed them. The main lobby and hall smelled pretty bad and was very warm. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The beds were at least comfortable and clean as was the bathroom.

Dirty place, rude staff.The parking lot wasn’t safe either the re were people gathering at the motel next door and it was kinda shady. Would not be staying here ever again better look for another place to stay with your family

No not stay here if you smoke! Even if you smoke outside. I was charged $100 extra just because someone came into the room that smelled of smoke. A total scam!! The staff was very rude when questioned about the extra charge.

Hotel was in bad shape, smelled of food, smoke and water damage. It was not kept up as the carpet and furniture were old, walls are beat up and the past reviews of cockroaches, snakes, mice and fleas I was reading when I couldn't sleep was a really bad idea. This hotel needs to be shut down, I have stayed at hundreds of hotels throughout the years and this one was the worst of them all.
