Nice hotel could do with a lick of paint in the corridors also jacuzzi wasn’t working and went specially for that so was a bit disappointed. Overall decent hotel

一個**的酒店，參觀了城堡家族成員的照片，走在走廊裏頓覺陰森恐怖，一入住房間煙感器就亂叫三次，保安沖進來也無法解決，早上衹有我們房間沒洗澡熱水。估計鬼混附體了

Lovely staff, but the food needs a lot of improvement. The hotel itself needs a lick of paint and some TLC.
The bar also doesn't show the football, which is a massive pain.

Breakfast was extremely poor. Cheap cornflakes, cheap awful sausages, bacon tasteless, no hash browns, cold raw fried potatoes & all cold. Room was great & sleep was good, food was not. Would stay again but would eat elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym and pool is very good and the other facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
