Property owners are personable.
Property is kept better than any big chain hotel.
Rooms are very clean.

Very nice small motel outside Helen. Clean and very comfortable rooms with kitchenettes. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The room was extremely comfortable. Good bed and pillows. A refrigerator as well as a freezer. Scupulously clean and secure. Staff was very responsive about checking in and the process was simple. I wish I could have stayed longer.

LOVED everything! The rooms and surrounding grounds are immaculate & beautifully done! The owners are amazing! The location is superb. Close to Helen & Wineries. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recconnend.

Very clean and cozy! Although there is no office, the staff is very responsive. Not as quiet as I would have liked as it is along a road and the road noise could be heard, but still ok for a good night's sleep.
