Arrival OK. Central location with parking. A very friendly reception. The room was ready on time (15:00hs). We found the room with bad smell. Spoke to the clean leady and where advised to open the window. After we settle I opened the bed, and found the linen with blood stains. They were stains in many places on 3 sheets. The lower one, the upper one and one more that covers the mattress. This time I ask for the Supervisor. They change the sheets. After that I found white stains on the bidet cover and something brown stuck to the phone in the bathroom. (Everything documented by photos). So, we went out, informed the front desk and mailed them the photos. On my return we were informed that the Manager and the Supervisor were in our room, and everything is now clean! We were unable to open the door because the keys (both) stopped working. After replacement, the linen was changed again, but the stains at the bidet and the brown object at the phone were still there!!! Very noisy night. Insulation is terrible. Every movement on the next room or use of the bathroom is into our room!! After breakfast spoke with the Manager. Visit to the room with Supervisor. They minimize the matter but clean the bidet and the phone. In the afternoon, room key again stops working. I wrote a letter to the Manager, and when I reach reception to check if the receive It, the Manager told me that she was reading “the testament”. They give us parking for free. Second day room key again fail
