When we checked in, the room has smell like humidity then after we complained to receptionist, hotel send a room attendant to solve this smell with cajeput oil. Because we came at rain season, so we understand with this trouble. We choose restaurant at hotel for lunch, diner and breakfast but food is so-so, not like we expected. Sight is good. Water in swiming pool is quite warm even at 6PM, and we like it.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.

It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

Absolutely spectacular spent four days there for my cousins wedding. The scenery, the location the amenities were all high class. We were even lucky enough to get upgraded from a two bedroom ocean suite in the tower to a two bedroom villa with private pool 24 hour room service, 24 hour Buggy service Beautiful beaches, beautiful pools, lovely Staff They provide free water in the rooms which is an Addison class bottle with Amelia stamp on it unfortunately unfortunately some of them tasted a little funny just smoky and the Hampton wharf about 500 m walking from the resort is nice but at this particular point in time is not fully functional there would be 50 shops there and only three are open apart from that, it was absolutely great

There aren't many choices for breakfast, but it's not bad. The highlight is what happened when I checked out, which completely overwhelmed my desire to come back. Since the afternoon tea and dinner were used in the hotel the day before, you need to settle the bill when checking out. Although I had enough cash on me to pay, I thought that Vietnam is still a cash payment country, so I wanted to keep some cash on me, so I chose to pay by card. The first credit card failed to be used because the limit for this month was exceeded. The second card was a cash card and was successfully used. The line on the mobile phone also received a deduction message. The operator actually said that the deduction was unsuccessful, which made me dumbfounded. Please ask the hotel staff to deal with it for a while and then tell them that it was impossible to contact the bank at noon to confirm whether the deduction was successful (at that time, the deduction was successful in Taiwan). two options First fill in the power of attorney and leave the card information. If the deduction fails, I will swipe the card for me. Secondly, you have to wait for an hour after the bank comes online to confirm whether the deduction was successful. Later, the hotel staff also felt embarrassed to keep the guest and could not continue the next trip. I was not worried and left like this. Having said all that, I actually don’t want to blame the hotel entirely, because I may not have much experience in this matter. At that time, the hotel staff handled it with all their heart, and I felt that they were sincere. However, I hope that some details can be improved to avoid losing the customer’s willingness to repurchase. If we had handled it better at the beginning, we would have waited happily even if we waited, and maybe we would come back next time. In fact, the overall service of the hotel is pretty good, but because there are many other resorts competing nearby, and if this kind of thing happens, even if this kind of thing doesn't happen, I might choose another hotel next time for a different physical examination. . - The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.
