Stayed one night, passing through the area. Would definitely stay again. More of a 3.5, but it was decent and didn't want to reduce the rating. Not comparing it to high end hotels, but it is very good for its hotel class. It is in a relatively remote location, so you can't run across the street to a convenience store. We were given a nice, quiet room at the end of a hall, at the back of the hotel and away from the highway. Noticed noisy folks a few doors up, but couldn't hear them in our room. We had a nice view of trees. Cons: Room was a bit small, no central a/c in hallways, bathroom fan and room a/c were a bit noisy, no shampoo or toiletries (other than soap) Pros: Very clean, room a/c was very good, everything you *need* was available, coffee available at front desk 24/7, easy checkout

I should receive a discount or refund for finding old food in my room and roaches too I killed about 2 or 3 roaches and who knows how many more the beds could have been bigger and softer and more pillows but other than that it’s was a good stay thank you for having me

Too simple, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no bottled water, and a small variety of breakfast!

We booked a room at this hotel for one night stay with friends. It was the evening of a football game in the area, and there was also a large group or team visiting at the same time, so the hotel was very busy with lots of kids running up and down the halls and a large group having a party in the lobby all night. Upon arriving into our room, we noticed that the door was open which was concerning. When we closed the door behind us we found that it did not latch closed and could be pushed open. We called down to the hotel reception and were given instructions on how to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this did not help. We called down once again and they sent a staff member up to try to help, and the staff member was frustrated by this issue. We were running low on time so we decided to take our valuables with us while they fixed the door since we were not comfortable sleeping in a room with a door that does not lock closed. We also asked to switch rooms and were told that there were no comparable rooms however they were finally able to place us in an upgraded room but it was not the right size for the amount of beds that we needed. The staff did what they could to help, however they were not friendly about it and seemed annoyed that we were asking for a door that locked. We even asked to be placed in a sister location but were told there were none. Overall, it was too many issues for such a short stay and I would not choose to stay at that location again.

I had to select a place where i would get my care while having to have nursing care and theraphy.We are glad that we selected ESA Amherst NY. We love the staff here !! They enjoy their jogs and are happy to help us with all our needs. The hotel is so very comfortable. Beds , pillows are so so comfortable , rooms are super clean , spotless. Pool & hot-tub is warm & hot. They even have music playing in the pool area. Breakfast is very good and the hotel in in a perfect location every is very close. Try it out and tell them JERRY sent you ! YOU will fall in love. Rose & Jerry

Recommend this hotel ove the other laquintas in Buffalo. I travel for business. I checked in the one in Tonawanda NY and noticed roaches. Immediately left and checked in here. Superior overall
