The pillows are so fluffy and the bed is very comfortable. The best of all is the breakfast! Nell makes the best food, just like home!! We will definitely be staying here again!! They also have a place for us to walk our 2 dogs which is a big deal with me..

Without notice me and my 6 children ended up in a hotel for several nights. At the best western in spartanburg on asheville highway . I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent customer service. They were extremely polite to my children, understanding and the Day manager even took it upon herself to mind my children a few time which is something we just don't get anymore these days. During probably the roughest times in our lives. I couldn't be more grateful for your hospitality and your genuine kindness. The night attendant was super welcoming understanding and friendly as I tried to check in in a messy hurry. Breakfast was our most trying time and i'd like to give a special. Thank you so the ladies in the kitchen for keeping up with my three hungry boys and three hungry girls.

Thank you for choosing our Days Inn Spartanburg-Waccamaw. We are convenient to I-26 at Exit 17 and sit just beside the Spartanburg Expo Center. We are a great stop with affordable rates. Our property is recently remodeled and our friendly staff are sure to make you smile. Nice clean rooms at an affordable price. Free continental breakfast.No Pets allowed.Come see us. You will be glad you did.

We stayed overnight at this Quality Inn on May 11th, 2023. It was very convenient to I-26 and the room was a good value. It was very clean, the free breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Jatin Mehta was especially helpful, as he went out of his way to help us receive our reward points and made sure that our stay was comfortable. We appreciated his help, and we would recommend this motel to others traveling through this area.

This motel is the in a rough location and you need to drive around if you want to have a seat down meal. A lot of people walking around the property that seemed to be out of place , nota guest of the motel and we were woken up throughout the night with auto alarms going off. The bed was clean and super soft. Other than a hint of smoke the room was ok but I believe the smoke was from 2 doors down from our room was a person smoking outside. While we were at Cracker Barrel I got some room refresher to help the smell.

All of the staff were extremely nice, especially Ethan and the breakfast staff. We were able to get extra pillows and a late checkout. I didn't realize how much I would need the late check out until the next morning. The AC in our room started sporadically ticking as soon as we laid down to sleep. My husband was injured earlier that day and I didn't want to move him so I tried to deal with the noise. Unfortunately, I'm a very light sleeper and the random ticks became torture for me throughout the night. By dawn the ticking lessened just in time for the near by train whistle to start. Nothing that the staff could've fixed in the moment but unfortunately, I dont think I'll return to see if we just had a bad room. However, I want to stress, we had no issues with the staff or other amenities.
