The hotel’s Melbourne beaches are quiet and a historic building. The hotel is small, probably less than 10 rooms, and very quiet. The key was placed at the door, and I stayed on my own. I only saw the owner when I had breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is ok. The overall feeling is slightly more expensive.

The motel is clean and the service is good. But we stay at dozens of motels and hotels every year, and this is the first time we have walked in to Fox News blaring loudly. Motels with TVs on often have the Weather Channel, or the local TV station, or USA or A&E or Hallmark, all fine choices. In the same way that I don't want Fox, I wouldn't want a motel to have MSNBC on its TV. I just want to feel to stay at a place where everyone feels welcome, and with Fox News on, especially at such high volume, I feel unwelcome.. The desk clerk told me it was the choice of the guest watching, but the next morning when we came to breakfast the guest was gone and Fox News was still on. Otherwise a good place to stay, although I would like to have soap in bars. I don't think COVID prevents giving guests wrapped soap in bars.

The Manager, Kim Barton, was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and fresh smelling. We asked for extra towels and they were right there with them. Parking was easy and we felt very safe staying there. Great location for the events we went to down town. All within walking distance. Nice breakfast, Kim kept the bananas fresh and well stocked.

I just want to feel to stay at a place where everyone feels welcome, and with Fox News on, especially at such high volume, I feel unwelcome.. The desk clerk told me it was the choice of the guest watching, but the next morning when we came to breakfast the guest was gone and Fox News was still on. Otherwise a good place to stay, although I would like to have soap in bars. I don't think COVID prevents giving guests wrapped soap in bars.

GGuest UserGreeted with a friendly smile and got a clean room. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned the next day. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.

YYINGHUIBreakfast is a typical American style. The hotel is convenient around. There are many choices for eating. It is suitable for children. The bed is big. There is a small lake next to the hotel. Fish food is also available. Children can feed fish. With parking, it is a good value for money hotel
