Great customer service Very comfortable beds Clean room Fast WiFi Peaceful environment Will defiantly stay Again Lake close by my next fishing trip I will know where I will sleep. I was super worried about the value of the hotel, not every roadway inn&suites has this quality, the one in San Diego off the 8, would be a drastic Opposite of this location, it is not associated. If you are looking for a economical way to travel with class, Roadway Inn & Suites CANYON LAKE, unbeatable

On the up side, we found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The room was fairly comfortable and clean, and used soaps and shampoos were replenished. The noise, however, was a huge negative. We could hear people talking until all hours of the morning. Traffic noise and a very loud air conditioner also added to our dissatisfaction. Additionally the bathtub had disintegrated areas and the toilet didn’t flush well. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

only negative, was with the jacuzzi. After getting 2 new keys with neither working to open gate to pool or allow entrance back in to hotel and crawling under a gate to get back in, did the nice attendant come out to confirm keys didn't work and after working his a few times it opened. Ok, ready for much needed spa after driving and poker. Jacuzzi was cold, Ugh. I would still stay again, probably the nicest rooms and best staff of any BW we have stayed.
