I got bit by spiders at this Days Inn, brought it to the attention of the office (he was great, even gave me sting packets for the numerous bites) the management refuses to acknowledge this, going as far as emailing me to arrogantly deny the fact. Never again will we entertain staying at this Days Inn in Trinidad Colorado. To add salt in the wound .... I received an email calling me a liar (for the most part) and letting me know they were unwilling to do anything about it is a travesty to say the least. Customer service should be a priority obviously it is not at this hotel and I do believe this is a hindrance for Wyndham.... I have the proof I have the pictures I have everything necessary that would have, at least if they were professional, to make a Fair resolution. I believe the fair thing to do is to reimburse me the money that I paid to stay at this hotel with the expectancy of a clean bug free room. Is this really too much to ask ???? I don't think so

GGuest UserFirst decent Choice Hotel I’ve stayed in in a while. Check in was super easy and gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. The room smelled musty when we first walked in but the smell disappeared. Room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioner worked well but bed was very hard. Breakfast was decent. No meat and they watered down their juices but did have eggs, waffles, cereal, donuts, and breads. Indoor pool looked nice. During checkout I heard an employee at the front desk get into a yelling match with a customer about the air conditioner. Employee was in the wrong but I personally did not have any problems with employees.

Patricia is hands-down the kindest, most attentive, compassionate and hospitable soul we've ever encountered in a hotel chain of ANY KIND. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. The service received was top-notch, blowing even that of a 4-star or diamond-rated hotel outta the water. Her sincere local-knowledge was extremely helpful. Her team was on-the-spot to address any need we might have had within mere moments. She provided a level of humanity that the service industry as a whole desperately needs in every possible way. Travelodge isnt our type of normal go-to pick for lodging but I guarantee we WILL be back again bc our experience was simply AMAZING. We adore the city of Trinidad and return frequently. I hope to see her for many years to come!
