This simple accommodation creates a distraction free space to reconnect. You’ll love peering over the banana trees and watching the sun disappear beyond the mountain. There is incredible stargazing at this site. To top off your vacation bliss, the glamping tent is just a half mile from the beach! What to Expect:Tent: One king bed with solar powered string lights, towels, and picnic area for reminiscing about the days adventure. (Running on solar energy, please help us conserve power by using energy thoughtfully.)ENERGY:To help us preserve energy, please charge all devices during daylight hours and avoid charging at night. Turn off the fans when gone for the day. The site runs on solar power and when everyone charges overnight, there may not be enough power for the bathrooms so we will have to wait for the sun to come back up to give us energy. Shared Off‑Grid Bathhouse: Solar powered, flushing toilets, and showers but no potable water. Currently running cold. Guests should be conservative with their water use since this is an off-grid facility with limited supply. Geckos – These friendly little lizards are part of Hawaiian life. You’ll likely see them on walls or ceilings. They're harmless and actually help control insects, but if you're not used to wildlife, it's something to consider.Wildlife & Insects: Nature plays host to local critters—frogs, geckos, chickens and yes, mosquitoes, and ants—so please don’t be surprised if you see them. We do our best with treating the surrounding areas to keep bugs to a minimal. We ask you to clean up after yourselves and seal/close any leftover food to help keep the insects to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS CAMPING IN HAWAII, it is not a luxurious accommodation. (I know, we’ve said it a couple of times but it’s important that you know and that you are not caught off guard.) We cannot control the weather and we cannot control the bugs. Expect bugs, mud when it rains, geckos and wild chickens. SUGGESTION: Check the weather report in advance to ensure that you are prepared for any weather conditions that could occur. Bring any bug repellent that you might need. Hawaii's rainy season is from October-March. Keep in mind that Hawaii is a tropical island so PLEASE be prepared for mosquitoes and other insects.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:- Only registered guests are permitted; NO unregistered visitors.

Welcome to this beach house! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath + studio cottage island style oceanfront home has breathtaking ocean views and a semi-private beach. This is a perfect getaway paradise for those seeking a calm, private, and relaxing island vacation.
You will love the sound of the ocean lulling you into relaxation. Incredible views from the living and dining room.
Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and 2 of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The studio cottage is on the same property. It offers a king bed, ceiling fan, lanai plus kitchen.
The Hawaiian Islands have some of the most remote tropical rainforests in the world. Nevertheless, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast.
**Security cameras: Ring doorbell on the front lanai leading to the house. The back house garage has two. The back house has one pointing to the back lanai, and two more in front of the back house pointing towards the backyard. One right off the back door pointing at the beach and yard. One-off front lanai showing the side house
