Hotel location is not far from the airport, is a local resort hotel, hotel dinner is only 6 o'clock, Texas people like afternoon wine, one afternoon is a glass of white wine to sit in the afternoon so the hotel also has, but the room I live in hot water is not heat. Great Stay at Westin! High praise for Sarah! Enjoyed a weekend at Westin in Dallas. Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Rooms had complimentary water, ice nearby, and a great drink / snack / coffee area in lobby. Great restaurant and by far best pool in area. Concierge lounge was closed but Sarah at front desk checked us in, offered breakfast vouchers for us and was unbelievably friendly and professional all weekend. She took care of us multiple times last weekend. The staff at pool and DJ at pool were fun and engaging. Drinks were great and bonus hot tub. The staff at Mesa Mezcal were also very good. Breakfast was amazing! Parking garage is attached to hotel, very modern decor and a 1 min walk from bars, restaurants, and a few min walk to Toyota Music Factory. Had dinner at Yard House and enjoyed a walk around the lake both evenings. We will definitely return to this Westin.

Sally Naidu is the manager and she goes above and beyond to accommodate travelers. I lead tour groups and for many years we have stayed at this hotel. Many staff members have been there year after year and that is a great testament to the management and staff morale. This hotel is always very clean and has lots of extras like an excellent breakfast, secure gated parking, free shuttle to and from the airport, lots of amenities and a beautiful relaxing environment

My family was in the area to visit schools. They were very impressed with the construction of the hotel and lay out of the rooms, even the parking lot was nice. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good too! The location was great! We would certainly stay here again.

I think it is a recommended hotel for business trips. The size of the twin beds is wide. The necessary services are decent. The transportation wasn't bad.

Front desk was very helpful and nice the breakfast was good and the hotel was very quiet nice and dark rooms to take a nap in I would rate this hotel five stars The only negative I have to say is the construction on the road but the hotel itself is great

I really enjoyed staying here at this property. The front desk staff treated me very well and they gave me all the information, including Wi-Fi and breakfast times as soon as I checked in. The rooms were also very clean and I couldn’t have asked for better. I was very comfortable at this property because everything was absolutely great.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly. But, There is a major breakdown in communication between the front desk and other staff. Our TV in the living room was not working. Called the front desk they said maintenance would be right over. Hours later and many phone calls to the front desk, come to find out there was NO maintenance on sight that day. The other huge issue was the get our room cleaned. We had asked to have our room cleaned very other day. We would let the front desk know when we would be out of the room so they could clean. EVERY time we came back from being out of the room for several hours (3-5 hours), our room was never done. One time they only cleaned 1/2 our room. The other half was left dirty. So we had to call them back in to finish cleaning. It was a mess. The pool was great except no lounge chairs. The breakfast was good. Had a good verity and had alternative milk which was awesome. The price was reasonable. We are on fence if we will come back or not.

Checked in late at night. Bliss front desk was very helpful and friendly.Has worked there for several years. Very passionate and making sure you have 5star service. Hotel has balcony with chairs and table facing courtyard.Very peaceful and quiet. Does not feel like you are in the city. Staff at check out very friendly and helpful. Bell from area knows great places to dine.
