The room is very big, very clean, the service attitude is very good, the transportation is convenient, the beach is across the road from the hotel, and there is a Japanese and Korean restaurant downstairs in the Conrad Hotel next to it, which is delicious. I will stay again next time. It is very good👍

Although I found the furniture in my room to be old and worn, which was unusual for a Westin property, the room was very clean. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional customer service provided by the director of front office Michele Dela Cruz and the front desk representative Tatiana, (hope I spelled that correctly), they greeted me with a smiling face and a professional demeanor. They were very helpful and quickly addressed concerns or requests that I had during my stay. Let me not forget to mention that it’s obvious that the excellent service is clearly a standard because Suzanne and Freely were equally attentive in the lounge as well as Ambrose and Antonio in the restaurant. The employees have no control on how the hotel is furnished but they all made the stay enjoyable! Because of those folks I’ll be sure to visit again. Well done in the hiring arena Westin!!

Still the kind of hotel I like, but I booked the pier view room of the main building before, but I didn't know that the person who arrived at the front desk said that it was changed to the room in the deputy building. I didn't know what was wrong in the middle, because the room in the main building was confirmed by the reservation again and again and the customer service. But when I checked in, I was ruled by the hotel brother and went to the deputy building. . . The overall environment of the hotel is still OK, 40 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes by taxi to the beach, and it is very convenient to leave the cruise terminal. The hotel will provide a car to the pier for 6 dollars. If you do a cruise, booking a hotel must be a good choice. The surrounding dining and supermarket are also more convenient. Overall is OK

I must say I almost didn't book through Trip.com after reading some of the negative comments but that was NOT my experience at all! I saved money significantly by booking through them for the Oceanfront Suite and was able to confirm with the Hilton property right away that I was confirmed for what I booked. I would definitely book using Trip.com again in the future. The hotel itself was in an amazing location, great room view and value for the price. A few updates would make it exceptional but overall was still great.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful

My review is a little late but My husband and I with our 2 kids, stayed at the W and we had a great experience. We were there the last week of July. We stayed for 8 days. The hotel is beautiful, very upscale. Lots of amenities. From when we checked in, everyone was super nice. We had a great view of the beach from our Balcony. We stayed on the 21st floor and our floor was very quiet. Our room was very clean, always smelled good as soon as you would walk out of the elevator into the hallways. Hotel was very clean. Our room was always serviced. The room was super nice. Great access to the beach. Valet service was great, everyone was super nice. We did not eat at the hotel though because it was pretty pricey. Overall we had a great experience and definitely would return back to the W in the future.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a joke. It already started when checking into the hotel. I did book 2 rooms over booking.com and already paid in advance so the only job for the front desk was to hand over the keys and inform us about the 200$ deposit for each room - annoying that such things aren’t communicated previous but still not the worst thing. The receptionist was that incompetent that she was not able to collect the money from booking.com. She kept telling us we only had paid for one room and the second one was not paid for yet and we had to talk to booking.com to clear up that issue. Complete nonsense we kept arguing for over half an hour and showing her our credit card recipes and she was 1st unable to retrieve the money from booking and second absolutely rude and not helping. She did not manage to provide us with any receipts and when we askd if we can just take a picture of the sheet we had signet where it stated that at least the 1st room was paid fore (after she was not able to print out a reciept) her college just kept shouting “thats the property of the hotel”. rude dude. Non of the personal there was helpful - i dont want to say any names because i don’t want them to loos there job but stay the hell away from them. So we had to pay for the second room again and I immediately called booking.com. I got to a really helpful girl and she confirmed that everything was paid for and ok from my side - then she called the hotel - after she got back to me she informed me that she talked “to someone who was really familiar with the problem but didn’t want to state their name to her” - like a coward - if you make a mistake stand up to it! Well the nice girl from booking.com did also tell me she had to “lecture the front desk” of the hotel on how to collect money from booking.com - such a joke as if it was not their job to do such things every single day. At that point i was so pissed at the hotel that i would have left if i had not invested that much money! (way to much if you ask me for what they are providing - totally overpriced) Later the girl who messed up at the front desk did inform us she had canceled the extra charge on our credit card - we will see if she did otherwise we will definitely take some legal steps. That was just the start of the stay … we thought we will stay in a nice 4* Hotel like they advertised on booking.com - hahaha such a joke…. On google it is only classified as a 3* hotel so big lie there. The beach is unusable due to huge amounts of sea**** - impossible to swim because they do not even properly clean the beach. The chairs at the pool are free to use but the sound of the air conditioning is so loud that you can not hear the ocean … not what i am hear for - same goes for the balcony (+ plus nice side note that the air conditioning blows right onto your balcony making sitting out there impossible. For the beach you either have to bring your own beach chairs or rent one chair for 15$ plus a umbrella for another 20$ per day. They al

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel was under construction in some of the areas, we enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Palace. We upgraded our room to the honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi in the spacious room which also included a tub bathroom. The resturant food was above average and the staff was pleasant and very helpful. We were 3 minutes from the beach and saw the sunrise on sunday morning. We certainly plan to return and try for an even better upgrade if possible!

ZZIXUStill the kind of hotel I like, but I booked the pier view room of the main building before, but I didn't know that the person who arrived at the front desk said that it was changed to the room in the deputy building. I didn't know what was wrong in the middle, because the room in the main building was confirmed by the reservation again and again and the customer service. But when I checked in, I was ruled by the hotel brother and went to the deputy building. . . The overall environment of the hotel is still OK, 40 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes by taxi to the beach, and it is very convenient to leave the cruise terminal. The hotel will provide a car to the pier for 6 dollars. If you do a cruise, booking a hotel must be a good choice. The surrounding dining and supermarket are also more convenient. Overall is OK

It’s infested with cockroaches and the woman at the fent desk (black hair heavy set ) is the owner and she’s always extorting money out of people .. online you can book a room for $85 but u go to her in person she’s charging u $130 and if you check in early she wants $30 extra oh and I’m not checking into my room for 2 hours yet , use the toilet and it floods out my room and she charged me $50. But I’m the one who had to sit around HALF OF FHE DAY WIRH PISS WATER ALL OVER MY FLOORS and the maintenance man coming in and out for 3 hours . I should have been compensated for thr 5 hours of Bull**** but of course she ain’t gonna cough uo on no money. Anyways it’s straight and she takes cash

CCHENGZHIWe went to the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning, didn't have breakfast, asked for a breakfast pack, and hoped to improve. The hotel does not pick up the plane, can drop off the plane, there is no explanation for the online booking, we temporarily spend a high price of 30 dollars. In addition, we have already delivered the house, but the hotel still has to deduct the money, so Ctrip should return the money we have paid.
