Marcie was exceptional. I got locked out if my room and she helped me. She stayed longer than usual to get the rooms ready and faithful to her commitment to finish her job overtime. Smiles for miles. I sincerely like this hotel and that’s the reason I’ve returned to it more than 10 times within the last 3 months! Excellent breakfast, very respectful staff and oh great location. There rooms are always very clean also. They charge as little as $87 plus tax for a kings bedroom with a living room and sofa! My only issue is why I have never been rewarded for being a consistently returning customer lol.

We used this hotel as a park and fly, only in reverse. We parked the car on Dec. 11 2021 and returned to the hotel for a nights stay on Dec. 18. I called ahead to verify but once we arrived this seemed very confusing to the front desk. They sent us over to the Hampton to check the vehicle in, Hampton immediately sent us back telling that was incorrect. Townplace suites eventually took care of the details and checked the vehicle in, charging my card $72 on 12/12. We were told to park directly behind the Townplace Suites for the week. This was in their own private parking lot, we were they only vehicle there at the time, and it is not secured. When we returned on the 18th, our flight did not arrive until almost midnight, while shuttle service was awesome, we did not get checked into the hotel until almost 1 am. I noticed a couple of days later that I was charged an additional $14.00! I called the hotel and Destiney told me she saw the problem and would correct it. After several weeks of not seeing the charge removed I called again and front desk told me they would return my call in an hour, which never happened. Several days later I did receive a call and was told that they would take $9.00 off to adjust the charge. What? I asked so I stayed at your hotel and you are charging me for the vehicle because I checked in after midnight? And the vehicle was parked in your regular parking lot all week where all nightly guest park. Although the hotel is nice, next time we will use the hotels right next to a fenced in secure lot if that is what we are actually charged for.

There is a distance from Detroit, the hotel is not bad in all aspects, recommended

Great stay. Room was clean, hotel well kept, staff friendly, no dripping facets or worn down areas in room, breakfast was average, no smell of **** in room or hall way, we didn’t get a chance to use there pool but if the hotel is as clean as the pool I’m sure it was nice. Will stay again when in the area

Please stop dirty house keeping from cleaning my room when in gone. She doesn't wear any type of masks and cough 247 and she steals. Spit in the shower also. 5th time I gotta throw away any open food or drinks. And the room stanks like she did something nasty on purpose. I cleaned the bathroom and shower wit Lysol. I came back after she cleaned and ran the bath water instead of running the shower to rinse. And there u have it a lugie. Big spit

i walked in and there was a line of like 20 people and the dude with the dreads was goin crazy had everyone in and out in like 10 minutes. he deserves a raise. He was cutting up and filling up the schedule within no time. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
