I stayed at the Arlington North location for 2 nights April 24-26th- 1st night I was checked in using my same card that I use for incidentals. I wasn’t informed about what kinda of card this location preferred. But I was told, after already having my card swiped and keys made, that the WiFi is out due to some storm damage. The next day I went to extend the stay, since the WiFi was out, I couldn’t finish my assignment, and needed the extra rest. Since I used a third party site, I had to make a whole new reservation for each stay. Which meant 2 separate incidental fees. I go to check in with the front desk and at that time I was told by Candice, That TownePlace suites don’t take prepaid cards, and she would have to inform her GM. From that point, I observe that there is no communication between staff or lack of training, however I explained to them my concerns and how that this information was new to me and how I felt about the situation and in turn shouldn’t be reprimanded by false information or lack there of. Consequently they were responsible for the miscommunication and honored the agreement. I was also informed that they don’t want people using prepaid cards as forms of payment because they take up to 7-10 business days to refund the money, unlike the normal 3-5 business days Im custom. As of May 4, I still have yet to receive my refund. As well they were still showing pending on my account summary. I immediately contacted my bank and they informed me, that not only were payment status read pending, but they have the ability to hold my money until MAY 11th!!!! I was shocked and very upset at this new information and reached out to the location. They of course just repeated the same thing that they said before. Only this time they were very unapologetic, didn’t emphasize with my problem and proceeded to make me feel as if their hands were tied and conducted themselves in a nonchalant manner and was hesitant to give me the corporate contact and they’re names. GM Alyssa I believe, I never seen her face and refused to call her superiors. Stating, once again misinformation, that the office was closed. Without even suggesting leaving a voicemail or email. In addition, she stated that this was a franchised location thus the brand standards of Marriott were not applied nor informed. Seeing as they were not being any kind of help. I located the contact information for cooperate and left my own voicemail. When I reached out to Marriott, I was dumbfounded by the policy method that the use for this situation. This is to send you and your concerns back to the location where they were placed and hopefully they will handle it. In other words send you on a wild goose chase to get absolutely nothing done. Everyone I talked to disassociated from taking accountability and gaslight you till you move to another and then it’s one person after next repeating the same script as to Confuse and convince outsiders that they are an organized and stable. Room was very clean, including fresh bed linens. Bathroom and shower was spotless. The AC works great! Had to turn it down 4 degrees and still cool and comfortable. Our receptionist was extremely nice and made check-in very easy, even though we got in couple hours earlier than check-in time (3PM), so we went out for lunch and the room was prepared when we returned. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely return. Only reason not a 5.0 for value is the price I paid was much higher than online price posted for following weekend.
We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done.
Of course later she called back stating it was a server error.
I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

The room is very spacious, two queen beds plus a sofa bed, can accommodate 6 people. Parking is free, not far from Six Flags Amusement Park and AT & T Stadium. There is also a water park at the gate. Breakfast was normal with fruit.
The hotel was nice. The only complaint I have it that I had my Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb (not sure which it said) hanging on the door when I went to the store. They entered anyway! I had money left out on the counter and other valuables that I didn’t have put in the safe bc I didn’t have time to throw it in there. They shouldn’t have entered if I put the sign on the door that said don’t smh
Stayed here for the Dodgers game at Globe Life Park. It was last minute booking the hotel is in a pretty good location lots of restaurants around and the park only being like 1 mile from the hotel. Theirs a guy in their giving rides back and forth from there for a fee. The hotel is somewhat nice for the price but could be a little more cleaner IMO. Would stay again if the price is right.
The hotel was conveniently located near the AT&T stadium and was clean and comfortable. Felicia and the staff were excellent and were very accommodating for our needs.. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the reasonable prices at the bar. Would highly recommend.

AAnthiThe beds, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleeps ever. The room was really clean and unique. Loved the design. The only thing was they didn't straighten up the room while we were out. They just changed the towels. I know some hotels do that now to save on cost but sometimes you like it when the cleaning fairies 🧚♀️ come and you come back to your beds made. To be honest...it didn't bother me. We will definitely be staying at Aloft again.
GGuest UserWe had four families staying here for Spring Break. We chose this place because it was close to Six Flaggs, had a basketball court and indoor pool for the kids to play in. Court was great the first night, but second night was overloaded with a church group from the adjacent hotel, that they share the court with. No problem, so the kids can go in the pool, nope, it was freezing and indoor! Apparently the heater for the hot tub was broken, I assume it heats the pool too. On Wednesday we were told it would be fixed and still wasn’t on Saturday when we left. But at least we had the basketball court. First night our large group was able to hang out in the courtyard. Again fire pitt wasn’t working. And never got fixed while we were there. Last night was colder but there was enough room for us to spread out in the lobby. Snack for purchase area was good, they probably should have planned on stocking up since it was spring break for most of Texas. But kids could still find a few things. Breakfast, eggs every day, they were good. A different protein every day. Typical waffle maker, muffins, cereals, milk. No potatoes, and no fresh fruit. Fruit cups don’t count. That was a surprise. I’ve always seen bananas and apples at free breakfast buffets. Staff was nice. The guy there the first day, Joshua?, he was extremely nice, helpful, courteous, great guy. Two bedroom suite was great. Not new, not too old. Clean. Kitchen was stocked with a few things you may need. But bring large trash bags and dish soap for washing dishes if needed. Fridge has an ice maker. Beds were fairly comfortable. Pillows were all different types so you can hopefully find one you like. Location was great for restaurants and felt fairly safe. We would stay there again. Just hope the pool items were fixed.
SSeannaHotel was great no noise room was clean Didn't smell like smoke they actually gave dove soap 🧼 so I was really amazed by that also they provided complimentary breakfast they served variety of things the food was fresh and hotel was clean also the hotel staff was nice polite made sure we enjoyed our stay The location the hotel is located really good if you have family with kids it's by the mall lots of food places so book here
This the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely rude and incompetent. They charged my card for a night that I didn't even say and then refused to refund it. There was a roach crawling on the wall. The sheets were dirty it looked like they just tucked them back in instead of actually changing them. The towels had stains. The tub caulking had mold growing on it all the way around the tub. The grout between the tiles was molded also. Very disappointed. I realize this is a cheap motel but you could still keep the place clean and treat customers with common courtesy
GGuest User2 night stay at the Days Inn went smoothly. Our room was clean, bathroom was clean (looked like it was updated recently). AC worked great, nice and cold. Had a mini fridge and microwave, with coffee maker and coffee packs and cups. Location was great as well, short driving distance to the mall and shopping plaza, and only about 10 to 15 minutes from the At&t Stadium. Friendly staff and courteous as well. Overall a great experience.
GGuest UserHotel was nice nd clean..staff was nice, did smell like weed out in the hallway tho..didn't like the fact there are no microwaves, mini fridges, or evn a coffee pot in the rmz..nothing but tv, bed, nd a lil chair..thd decor nd updates were very nice nd modern, nd the bed was comfortable..even tho it didn't hve those few lil extras most hotels do, I wld definitely stay here again..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!😁
RRICKEY ANDERSONGreat Customer Service rooms are ok for prices location is what keeps bringing me back to this motel , downfalls are the wifi is no good in the back it doesn't work and when you book online through Wyndham ahead of time you shouldn't have to pay a deposit upon arrival thats just my opinion have a great day I recommend this motel
GGuest UserIt's a low cost but clean place. It's very close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Location is about halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth on I-10 in Arlington.
