Anchorage Museum东东张西望望东西This is a very beautiful museum. Through the Anchorage Museum of History and Art, you can learn about Anchorage and even Alaska's history and humanities. There are not many visitors and the materials are very rich.
Flattop MountainTTodemmyWe stayed at the Williwa campground and hiking on the trails. Very good. There is a lot to do. When the salmon comes upstream, be sure to check the natural trails! I believe this is part of USFS Chugach NF .
Alaska Zoo东东张西望望东西The Alaska Zoo is very large, and there are very few tourists in the cold winter months, but there are not many animals in the zoo. It is estimated that they have gone to a warm place, but the zoo in winter is also very beautiful under the snow.
Alaska Wildlife Conservation CenterWwxx1026Very good, you can see the wild black bears and brown bears, which are protected after the wild injuries, surrounded for everyone to visit, and some other animals. It is not far from Anchorage, and will pass here after disembarking from the Whittier Pier.
Captain Cook MonumentDDEAR张小球This is the landmark of the city, and it is also the location of the city's almost downtown. Since the hotel is near the monument, there is always a pass in and out here, and there is no one to visit it in the cold weather.
Aurora ShowDDEAR张小球Winter attracts a lot of tourists, as for whether you can see the scenery you want, it is more luck. However, the winter scenery here is indeed very beautiful, although the temperature is relatively low.
Alyeska Aerial TramTTodemmyThis is more like a review of the campground than a review of the trails, because we actually spend more time on the campground loop than on the trails. There is a parking lot in front of the entrance to the campground, which leads to the trails and the salmon viewing platform. The campground is large with lots of nice sights, trails through it; you can hike from here Willawaw Trail and Trail of Blue Ice. Beautiful views of the mountains and glaciers behind. Water and toilets. It is late in the season and almost empty, but I can imagine it is very busy in the summer.
William A. Egan Civic & Convention CenterDDEAR张小球More lively place, there are more shopping malls and shopping centers around, there are also many restaurants and cafes, if you live in the city hotel, basically choose the hotel around here. Transportation is also convenient
Chugach State ParkTTodemmyWe stayed at the Williwa campground and hiked the Blue Ice Trail behind the campground. It was a very relaxed, wide, flat path - very low altitude. You can also go from there to Williwaw Nature Trail. We walked all the way to the Borgs Visitor Center and then also hiking the Byron Glacier Trail. It was foggy/cloudy the day we went, but still a nice hike. We saw moose trails in the mud - although there was no moose trail! We love this simple trail. Worth an hour or two. You can also hike to Moose Flats (from Williwaw Campground) from the opposite direction of the visitor center. Almost the same view.
Alaska Native Heritage CenterLLavender and SunAnchorage also has a bus transportation system called People Mover, and there is a central intersection in the city center, and there is a satellite intersection in the Diamond Center and Mude Shopping Center. People Mover also provides point-to-point transportation services for the elderly and disabled, and organizational services for co-op.
