The rooms are separated into houses in the resort area. The interior is clean, the bathrooms are good, and there are many check-in photo spots. Free-range rabbits around the hotel You can take pictures with the rabbits at any time. During the stay, the weather is hot, so the air conditioner cools very slowly. Parking is convenient, but you have to open and close the fence yourself because you're wary of rabbits coming out. Overall, I recommend V-Volley.

Overall would say that the hotel is OK. The staffs are also OK. Only one lady staff that speaks English. It's not a problem can still use phone translator. Room is big and spacious, with a very nice view facing the hills. Everything is OK with the room except for the shower. They should do something about the shower. Hairdryer is very good. Breakfast can be obtain from a shop opposite the hotel (come out turn left and cross the street) just a few shops away from the hotel, selling very good Chicken Murtabak and also Egg with Banana Roti Canai. Location of hotel is perfect. There is ample car park behind the hotel. There is an entrance to the hotel from the car park. There is also a mini mart right next to the hotel on the right. Overall would recommend this hotel.

I stayed in two rooms for seven days. The odor from the underground sewers in each room would come up; and the back of the bed and the wall behind it were completely suspended in the middle. This design is particularly bad. Can't we just flatten the wall to remove the odor? ? In addition, the transfer service from the pier to the hotel costs 600 baht in total, even though the hotel is affordable.

Great big room with hot shower and the greatest matress. We loved the bed. Unfortunately no water kettle or hot water for coffee or tea.
Stuff is super friendly and helpful, they helped us with laundry service and transportation.

We loved everything: the location very close to the walking street and central in Lipe, the cleanliness and the lovely dog and cat living there. Thanks for offering us everyday coffee and tea, biscuits, bottles of water and fruit. Thanks for your warm welcoming, we really felt like at home. We enjoyed our holiday so much and we suggest your Place to everyone going to Koh Lipe. We hope to come back and visit you again in the future. We stayed in a private room with private bathroom, air conditioning, fridge, safe, we also used once the laundry service, cheap and quick. Thanks for everything and hopefully see you soon. GGuest UserThe Chic Lipe is as it's name suggests chic and luxurious for a hostel. The private rooms are super spacious, some of the largest we've seen in a hostel, and come with a really modern bathroom and design. We loved the concrete walls and wooden interiors. The common area on the ground floor is also very spacious, has plenty of room to sit and chill and even 2 pool tables if you fancy a game. We were here in low season so it was very, very quiet but can imagine this place will be buzzing in high season. The breakfast was a choice of either western style or Thai style with both being good but we preferred the Thai style. We also hired the bikes for a day, but they are a bit old and not ideal for the hills on the island but all in all we still enjoyed using them for a day and would do this again. If you're on a budget on Koh Lipe this is definitely the place to be.

Breakfast here is a feast - delicious and hearty! You'll get to choose from a menu. For those who seek a quiet moment by the ocean, Castaway Resort is a perfect choice. Its location, just across from the ocean, offers easy access to the beach and stunning views that are sure to take your breath away. With activities like yoga, spa, diving, and kayaking, you're in for a fun and relaxing time. I can only recommend this place for a blissful retreat in Thailand! 🌞 Oh & I forgot: it's right in front of the sunrise which makes this resort a big 11/10

GGuest UserWe stayed at The Reef for 15 days this February. It is a very simple hotel, located in a strategic position, very convenient for reaching both the beach and the walking street. The breakfast is really the thing that amazed us the most! The dishes to choose from were all excellent, the choice was vast, and all the Mojo guys are really nice, always polite and attentive to the customer. However, our experience was not entirely positive regarding the room and especially the cleanliness. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious but still dark and without a balcony or windows to open, only two panes of glass overlooking a forest that was practically a landfill, with plastic bags, broken tables thrown away and other rubbish . Even the bathroom wasn't the best, dark and a little neglected, but, in my opinion, everything fits on vacation, except for one thing: the lack of cleanliness! The ”make up the room” consisted in changing the towels (which were only one each, to be used for everything, from the shower to the face the following morning), bottles of water in the fridge (much appreciated) and placing the sheets on the bed . End. In the whole stay, the sheets were changed only once, after that, seeing that in 7 days we always had the same stained sheets, we left a note with the cleaning lady (and it was the first and last sheet change). Sand, dust and other dirt were always present on the floor, behind the bathroom door and in every corner of the room. The bathroom mat outside the shower, after days, now soaked and full of sand, was not changed, and even there we had to leave a note written, and once changed, it remained the same until the end of the holiday. We are not very demanding, we adapt to the various situations that arise, but honestly we were very disappointed by the poor cleaning and care of the room, especially having high expectations having read excellent reviews.

GGuest UserStayed here 4 nights and we loved it. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super, a little bit of everything and the chef (who by the way was super charming) was manning an egg station with a variety of choices to order. Room was nice and clean, good air conditioning. Amazing view from the balcony with our private hammock and small table with chairs. We liked the fact that the place was located in the end of the beach and on the hillside as this made it calmer and gave us some space from the quite busy beach area closer to the walking street. Good to know, as the place is on a hillside, there are a lot of stairs. Staff was helpful and carried the luggage up and down these. Bathroom was a bit worn down but ok. Only thing that could have been better was that Wi-Fi was slow, this however led to us spending more time in the hammock reading books and talking to each other.

GGuest UserKoh Lipe is highly dense with resort and hotels. Walking along the sunrise beach (from Serendipty to Mountain resort), I could see not even a meter of the beachfront is left vacant. Though staying in Ko Lipe is expensive than average Thailand standards, I am sure places of all sort of budgets are here for beachfront stay. However several were way above my budget, couple of these had worse reviews and most are too far from Walking Street. I tried to optimize on cost, reviews and proximity to walking street to end up booking Breeze Resort. It is not a beachfront hotel and do not have sea view. From Pattaya beach a 2 minutes walk on the paved way next to Akira Lipe resort took us to Breeze. With a lush garden and well maintained grasstop, it is a two storied property with balconies opening to the garden. We had booked ground floor garden facing rooms. The room was decently sized, bathroom was neat, linens were clean and balcony had two easy chairs. The room could be better illuminated in the evening and bathroom could be a bit more spacious. It was well functional with a small freeze, a locker, a beach towel provided and and 2 umbrellas in place. The resort has kitchen and dining area functional only during breakfast. So we could not have other meals here and for that we had no issues to walk down a few minutes to Walking Street. The breakfast (came with the booking) had 5 set menu options - 3 kinds of english breakfast and 2 kinds of oriental breakfast. I can't say that the set menu had wide choices or super tasty. However, the oriental breakfast menu with pad thai was better than english breakfast. The vegetarian set menu was rather silly. To use the locker/safe, they took 500 THB as deposit. Language was a big issue and we had to use translation apps to convey our words quite regularly. But the ever smiling faces and helping attitude was not lost on us. When we arrived they picked us up with a motorized vehicle from the drop off point at Pattaya beach. After checkout also, they saw us off with 2 motorized vehicles at Langkawi Immigration point next to Bundhaya Resort. Overall a nice 4 days with happy memories.

VVanessa DWe spent 6 nights in the charming and had a bungalow. This was unfortunately very small and tight. Specially the bathroom did not offer much space, making it often wet. For example, the toilet was not avoided being completely wet when doing the shower. Unfortunately, the room was not regularly cleaned, mostly only new towels and water bottles were placed before the door and the bed was made. There are little options for packaging or backpacking or clothing. Unfortunately, there were many use traces and rides that offered enough space for insects etc. For example, we had visiting meals in the bathroom. On the first night we noticed that it had already opened the door of our bungalow, despite closing it, by a slight pressure from outside. After we reported this to the reception, we were offered to change to the room for one night and assured that the door would be repaired next day. We renounced the switch because after the long arrival we didn't want to pack everything again one day and the next day. Unfortunately, it took three days to get our bungalow closed and the castle was replaced. In this time we have packed all the value items in the safe, which is not included in the room price. But we have received it free of charge. Unfortunately we have not been able to sleep well in the 6 nights. Apart from a animal walking by the walls or on the roof at night, the music of the hotel was very noisy on the beach. The first two days a breakfast buffet was offered, which was absolutely in order, but no large choice was offered. After that there was no buffet, why we don't know. Instead, you could choose a la carte between three menus. It is recommended here to have breakfast (e.g. Cafe Tropical) to have some choice and variety and to drink a right coffee. The staff was always friendly when you spoke. There were daily beach towels for hotel guests free. The beach before the hotel is not recommended as there are very many boats and tourists coming out and arrive, and the bathroom is only very limited.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I would like to say that the service staff is very good. ❗️ Don't look for cheap prices like us, we go 12 people to book 6 garden rooms because we want to save budget. But what has been The oil room water cannot be pressed all the room g15 g14 and the other 2 rooms have to put the water in the bowl and press the hand. And if I take a picture, I think that it cannot suppress the water. The water heater does not work. Room 11, the air conditioner is broken, not the phone in the room. You have to walk to contact the staff yourself, there is no Wi-Fi, but the TV is not able to watch. ❌❌ and more importantly, room g15 I heard the sound of a machine spinning all night. Nervous to eat ❌❌❌
