Breakfast was good. The little Saudi girl at the front desk was very friendly and asked why she did not wear a veil. She said why she needed to wear it. The concierge bus took the initiative to bring us luggage. The check-out time is 1:00, we check out at 3:00, the front desk will charge half-day price, we said that we do not know the situation, whether it can be waived, the front desk agreed, it was a pleasant experience, and will come again on the next business trip.

Fabulous hotel great communication and very professional staff, Zahraa Maryam and Layth thank you all for making our stay stress free.
Suite rooms are huge and has everything you need. Highly recommended and will certainly come back again.

Residence Inn taking care of all the hygiene requirements. thanks to Ms. receptionist during my check in;I was checked in early. Thanks to Mr Murad Husain from bell captain service & all housekeepers Mr Shamim Muhammad,Mr Muhammad Ali &Mr Muhammad Nasir Breakfast restaurant has a very good & nice and alot of varieties, thanks to all staff there. It was perfect from check in till check out, thanking all staff for their attention, follow-up & polite attitudes.

GGuest UserAbsolutely gross. I was freaked out hy the filth the entire 7 hour stay. Rooms are in a total shambles. There’s broken furniture and paneling everywhere. The light switches are covered in filth. I can’t even imagine what the bathroom is infected with. There’s no cover on the mattress and so you have this little piece of crap separating you from thousands of people. The restaurant was totally disgusting. There was no one working at, the food had been sitting there forever This by far was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in my 20 years of business travel. I was so grossed out I could barely sleep. I was only there for a quick stay because I had to get to the airport at 4 AM. I wore socks because I don’t know what is on the floor. My room overlooked the lobby, which was also disgusting. The TV didn’t work so maintenance had to come and pull the paneling off of the wall to fix the router and then when he put it back in the wall, it didn’t work so I told him to take it out of the wall and leave it there. Either side of the bed has gaping holes where they’re supposed to be paneling. I can’t believe I managed to get out of there without a disease. It was so gross. I also can’t believe I got out of there without food poisoning

GGuest UserThe services were up to the mark while the accommodations system appeared to be one of the bests. The hotel is always crowded with visitors and most of them are tourists from different countries. The environment is friendly and warm and the treatment as a guest or as an individual is adorable indeed. Staying at the hotel was truly relaxing for me.

The bed arrangement was excellent. Have a big living room to accomodate visitors or friends nearby. The Rooms are well maintained or cleaned and their availability if requested is in quick response. Adding to that is the good and kind assistance of staff specialy sir Rod. Lastly. I have a wonderful experience for having my breakfadt serve well and the good hospitality of their chef Joseph as well as the kitchen crew. They are the best. In general.. The Swiss Spirit will give you a relaxing experience and comfort.

GGuest UserWe love the hotel lobby decor. Room is quiet, spacious and clean. Bathroom too. Wifi is strong. Staffs are helpful. We get to view the room 1st to ensure it meets our satisfaction. They also helped us to arrange for transportation for our early departure to airport. Many shops and cafe around the area. The Souk is around 30 mins walk away. We ordered Ala carte breakfast and portions were generous. Nothing to dislike. Just to note that Cornish view rooms are for family rooms only. Normal rooms do not have Cornish view.

I really enjoyed stay there. Big, comfort and clean room, tasty breakfast and very nice staff... Location is good, you can find many restaurants and fast foods around of the hotel... Located also near from Marina Mall and bay promenade... Once again thanks :)

GGuest UserHad a very relaxing 30 minute back massage by Betty, peaceful surroundings and lovely staff, well priced and I highly recommend a visit while at the Naviti Resort. I most likely be returning before my time over.

HH.The staff are super nice, the location is also nearby where I wanted to be. The building is too old and a bit smelly. I had noisy neighbors during my stay there and the staff couldn’t solve the problem. I will definitely not stay there again in the future.
