It costs 230 RMB to drive from the hotel to Maraya in 5 minutes, but it's free if you stay at Banyan Tree next door. I didn't stay at Banyan Tree, but just went there for a meal, and they could send me back to Habitats for free. The most speechless thing is that when the hotel was not in the room, when they moved my suitcase to the shelf, they might have directly pulled the suitcase from the ground, and the zipper was broken. As a result, when I negotiated with them, they said that the zipper might be broken by itself and would not be broken when moving. It's not a big deal, but I feel that their attitude is to shirk responsibility first and not apologize sincerely. I suggest that if you live in the Banyan Tree next door, you can come to this restaurant to have a meal and just look at the swimming pool. And I had two meals at Banyan Tree, it was really delicious

What a great house. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all available. The breakfast service attitude is great! Breakfast is also delicious! I wanted to give a bad review. First of all, I spent so much money, but on the day of check-in, the room card could not open the door. After entering the house from the back door, the air conditioner of the house was broken. I stayed in the house without air conditioning for nearly an hour, and the room card was not delivered. Since I had an appointment to join the tour at 4:30 pm, I had no choice but to walk back to the office. When I came back in the evening, I found that the air conditioner was still not fixed. A worker came to take a half-day off and finally asked me to wait. After I waited for nearly half an hour, another employee came and said that they wanted to change the room. Don't get me wrong, I was not upgraded. It was still the same size of the house, and this time there was no room card, and I used the key directly. But I want to sincerely thank Mr. Salah Albluwi and his team and Mr. Saad for their help. My car was punctured on the second day, and they helped me fix it under the scorching sun. Thank you very much. If it weren't for their help, I would definitely give the hotel a bad review of one point! To be honest, the environment is very good! But the two things about the key and the air conditioner really disappointed me! It was originally a perfect trip, but it became ordinary!

Waad Al Ula Hotel is a well maintained, spotless, cozy friendly place to stay while visiting Al Ula. The rooms are large, with a sitting area, little kitchenette. The bed is very comfortable, had great nights sleep. Great for any time of groups, family friendly, solo travellers. Great public spaces, roof top views are amazing. A well manicured little garden in the back where you could sit outside was really nice to enjoy a morning coffee. Service is personalised, very helpful and accommodating. Khalid Khafagy the owner , demonstrated great hospitality, generosity, Helping with other arrangements including guided visits of the sites in Al Ula. He is very knowledgeable and offered impeccable local knowledge, insiders look. I highly highly recommend staying at Waad Al Ula Hotel for guests groups, families, solo travellers, couples.
