Great hotel, very special! Easy parking!

The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.

The Hotel is so close to everything and for a good price. The rooms are lovely and very clean. There is a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a coat stand which is great especially as the weather is changing. I'd definitely recommend a visit here and to thr old town of Warsaw with all the history and little shops and restaurants nearby.

This is a great base to explore Warsaw with tram/bus stop that can lead you anywhere. They let us check in before time. The staff speaks perfect English and are very helpful. The room is new and nicely decorated with strong shower. Bed and pillow is comfortable. I requested more blankets and pillows and they delivered right away. Breatfast is plentiful and delicious. It's quite loud in the room at night due to its location but more on weekends with I guess many people going out, on weekdays it's more quiet. I'm a light sleeper but I had a good sleep nevertheless maybe because I'm tired. Overall we had a great stay and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

This location is just outside the airport gate ( a literal 4 min drive) The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helped with logistics on getting to the right train stations and areas to go too Rooms are smaller then American rooms, but larger then most euro rooms. They don’t have bathtubs only showers The water pressure and amount of hot water was great Internet was very strong and never dropped when I was using it They provide two bottles of water per day The buffet breakfast was always full and was very good They have a small bar for nightcaps / beer Free rides to the airport Downside. No food walking distance Overall amazing choice

Hotel seems new, very clean and modern. Room was modern including bathroom. Good Breakfest, very good bar. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there on my next trip.The air conditioning in the room did not work but it was not an issue. Payment at the front desk could have been quicker (issues with CC payment devices).

First time staying in this lovely hotel. It’s perfect location for those who travel for business or has a long transfer as it’s within 5 min. taxi drive from Chopin Airport. My room was super nice and clean. The best part was a comfortable bed, I really had a great and much needed good night sleep after multiple flights. Staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely recommending this hotel!

The apartment very disappointed me. With no rooms in other standards we got Junior Siut. The general impression is good. It's a new investment, so the rooms are still clean and clean. Most furniture is completely unfunctional, the fridge under the oven (?!) at the table, made it a nightmare use. A compositioned canpa, which drove off after laying down while sitting on it. In addition, with a box, which contained only one pillow and a cotton. A nightmare big cloth - a coffee table - whose move to spread the sofa required 3 people. No light bulb and contacts in the area of the sofa. Assuming it is also a bedroom, a fatally designed room.Coffee/tea cooking kit for 3 days of stay for 3 people includes 2 green tea, 2 disposable sugars and 2 sachets of soluble coffee. Equipment in the kitchenette: 3 tbsp for a cross, a small teflon-cut pan and one small already-cut scissor. Of course the cup also were, in the amount of 3 pieces. One small bag for garbage! No paper towels or some kind of towels in the kitchen. Apartment with anesque? This is some joke, it was in the apartments and it was always in them coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Because it is anesthetic apartments!!! Noisyly called a set of cosmetics, it is a cheap gel for shower in a collective dispenser. Of course cleaning in rooms extra paid. Nothing I've ever slept in Mecure and room at the same price is heaven and earth. At 7:00, the bad guy broke us up on the evacuation alarm. That, in fact, it was known after a moment that it was a false alarm that we learned only after we left the building and after a moment we went to the reception where it was as if nothing had happened. From the window view the wall of the block with balconies, no privacy, but I knew which hotel I was choosing. Well, it's a location in the center of ... I think it's the outskirts of the center of Warsaw. It may be a center for Warsaw, but not necessarily for hotel guests.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. I do not recommend this hotel because of its staff. I booked 4 nights and messaged them upfront that I needed a quiet room because I had an exam I needed to study for. After 1st day they started drilling, I called and talked to a manager and she told me that I should have read before on their website that they have renovations and will not stop. This is outrageous to take the money, read my request and do nothing... Trip.com helped me with this matter and Novotel stopped drilling for a while and compensated me with a 150 Zl voucher after I had to wait again because of Novotel's awful staff, and Novotel told me they will reimburse my 2 breakfasts and this never happened (they lied to me as I can see). Otherwise, the hotel and room were clean.
