Stayed here for a night because husband and I had to attend a wedding nearby. Check in was smooth. Standard check in is at 2pm and early check in requires a payment of 375 php per hour. We arrived at 10am so we had to pay corresponding charges. Our room was at the third floor but there was only stairs, no elevator available. The staff however were more than willing to help out with our luggage. Room was clean and spacious. All amenities were functional. Our booking comes with breakfast and since the place doesn't have its restaurant, breakfast is served in the room. Overall good experience

We stayed at Luljetta Garden Suites during the Holy week to recharge. Ou comments are these. Our voucher states our reservation date is April 7-9. Upon arriving, the front desk girl said, we should have checked in April 6-HOW INCONSISTENT! We were able to check-in at 3pm. Waiting time took so long as room is still being prepared.-WHAAAT? After doing reservations a month before. The porter man led us into our room and just carried one luggage. He showed us our room and left. Later, my luggage with all my gadgets, we discovered was left outside the room.-HOW INCOMPETENT RESORT PERSONNEL THIS IS, WHAT IF SOMEBODY GOT IT. There are many published types of body massage in their website, but only one type is available. So, we just have to contend with what is only available. You can not even choose the date and time you want to have it. You have to be the one to adjust. And the massage time did not start on the agreed time. Again, only one type of facial was available, so we have to contend to what’s available and agree to the date and time its available. The front desk is not too keen. I wanted a foot spa with herbal but she recorded just a plain foot spa which caused misunderstanding before the foot spa. There is no direct line to the front desk. They rarely respond to text, so you need to use your cel load to make a call, and it cost me a lot of my cel load. Upon check-in, the front desk took a photo of our senior citizen ID, knowing that when we eat in their restaurants, we will be given SC discount right away. But, upon check out, the lady from the restaurant said, we should have informed them.-HOW UNORGANIZED THIS RESORT IS? We wanted a tour of the Loreland Farms and Hanging Garden Spa from the Luljetta Garden Suites. The driver of the golf cart initially agreed that he can show us around. We just have to go back to him at 6pm. But, when we all came at his post at 6pm, a resort personnel said, we can not do it as its 6pm, its closed. When we saw the driver, he pretended to be very busy then.-HOW UNRELIABLE THIS PERSONNEL ARE. We were staying in high end suites but we were off limits to the sauna and jacuzzi.

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

GGuest UserI needed to attend a wedding in the area and was very happy to chance upon this hotel. Aside from being very near the church, the place was better than expected. It has the basic amenities I'm looking for: clean and comfortable bed, air-conditioner, and hot shower. I was pleased that the room is spacious, the hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves a variety of food and drinks, plus they offer room service! For its price, it really is a steal since I think it's much better than the known hotels in Antipolo. Just a recommendation to put a clothes bar maybe on one of the walls where clothes can be hanged. Overall, a great stay!

AAnna May VIt's a vast space, with several pools and rooms/ private villas. It's a great place to spend a weekend with family, strolling among the trees, enjoying a leisurely swim, taking in the realistic and textured paintings in the restaurant, and partaking of other activities like horseback riding and more. The staff are the absolute friendliest, most accommodating and efficient ones I have ever encountered in my life. Well trained and wired to serve, going way beyond what is required (special shout out to Ruiz/ Fruity and Amy, definitely role models for the service and hospitality industry). I highly recommend this place for team building or family vacations... or even a personal getaway.

GGuest UserIt could be one of the better hotels in the area but ... 1) the façade seems better than the interior; 2) soundproofing, or lack thereof, will make for a not so sound sleep; 3) bathroom missed out on some basics, like, hand towel, tissue paper holder must have been an afterthought given its imperfect spot, did I say no hair dryer; 4) elevator issues; and, 5) roaches at the dining area - on the side of the wall, corner table area. The good and their saving grace: 1) breakfast buffet, even a la carte is good; 2) friendly and attentive staff; 3) reliability of internet; and, 4) pit stop for bikers Some concerns can easily be rectified; however, the interior is another thing - shabby contractor/finishing. Modern gone wrong. If you are looking for just a place to spend the night for an event, the place is still an option.

ZzoooomiePros: A decent and clean inn. Very nice staff. Very good internet connection. Their AC runs well. The inn is just near Antipolo Cathedral. Quiet environment.
Cons: Inn is kinda hard to find. Frappe doesn't taste good and it's a bit pricey. Also, I just wish they would knock on doors and initiate the cleaning of the rooms daily and provide hygiene kit. No complimentary water or coffee. No resto outside the inn but there's a food panda. Water supply ain't that good.
