Unfortunately, the hotel failed to respond to my requests, leaving me to make weekly follow-up calls. After more than three months of waiting, I was informed that my belongings had been lost. The excuses provided, such as changes in management or staff not being on duty, seemed unprofessional and lacked accountability. Losing items of great religious significance has been distressing, and the lack of genuine concern from the hotel only exacerbated the situation. Additionally, the absence of any communication from the new manager further highlighted the hotel's disregard for customer care. As someone involved in the travel industry, I had considered recommending Lumbini Palace Resort to my clients. However, based on my experience, I have decided against it. It's clear that the resort's staff need better training and a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in the hospitality industry.
