The only boutique hotel in small town of Benut. Location is very strategic. Just above a mini market. Lots of eatery near by. Just that the design of the room is weird as there are only partition (a thin pieces of glass ) between the bathroom and the entire room and the bed is just next the the glass. And the ventilation is shared for the whole room. And is you really need to book this hotel, pls book direct as the rate is much much cheaper.

It could have been better if the side doors of the hotel can only be made accessible via tapping of card i.e. only hotel guests allowed. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved - yellowish toilet roll in the bathroom and plaster bagworms found on the wall.

1. Super Clean 2. Simple and Elegant 3. Small Bathroom but equipped with quality stuff 4. Had great sleep ( mattress and blanket was 4 star hotel quality ) 5. Buffet Breakfast ( Mostly Malaysian Menu but Tasty ) 6: Staff were nice and helpful 7. Owners take great care of the hotel and cleanliness 8. Good Location Sea front is walking distance ( Cafe Rasa Ria is 5 min walk, Best Food at a reasonable price ) Only suggestion is they must include one or two fruits in the breakfast menu. No REAL and RAW food in the breakfast menu ( All are processed food and sugary drinks ) Value for Money Highly Recommended

Nice hotel and clean. The hotel is at second and 3rd floor. Generally the family room is quite big and the bathroom is quite precious too. The challenge is with old people not able climb to 3rd floor. Find that overall is good and comfortable stay.

MMaddog220The location of this small budget hotel is great for couples or small groups of 3-4 pax and it’s just next to the big seafood restaurants (King and New Seafood Restaurants) which is next to the jetty.
The room is rather big and clean the toilet is adequate and everything works, so no worries. But as a budget traveller,, please don’t expect bells and whistles for the price u are paying per night. .this place is suitable if u only want a good and clean environment to stay for 1-2 days. There are many eateries around this hotel too and they even have their own restaurant downstairs. Everywhere is easily within walking distance from hotel.
The best thing about this place is the reception staffs. They are all very friendly and warm ppl and willing to help if u need any tourist information about Kukup.
The only complaint is the limited parking in front of the hotel. They have only 1 parking lot for hotel guest & 1 parking lot for the restaurant guests. So if u are driving, u have to be lucky if no one is parking at the hotel lot and u can park there for free. If not u have to park elsewhere at the many free public carparks or or paid guarded carpark lots at RM10 per day.
I would definitely stay here again if not coming as a big group.

3321juliustBooked a room facing sea and pulau kukup. Except the bath room water pressure is low, the room is clean. Room size average considering 3 adults and 2 children's but it s nice experience venture around kukup chinese village. People here generally are friendly but the snack here are not cheap.
