We had a great stay! Smooth check-in. Room is huge and clean. 24hrs eatery nearby. Will definitely be back here again for a longer stay. :) This place is actually called Trinidad Suites. Just that their name on Trip.com probably not updated.

The owner was so easy to deal with.
The unit was so big that even I was booked for 1 bedroom apartment, he gave me for 2 bedroom apartment.
Unit so clean and the view so amazing.
Definitely will be stay with them again.

Great place to stay especialy for family. Very clean and has complete utensils for cooking. Has toys for kids and swimming pool! Wifi internet connection is fast. Near Merdini Mall and Legoland!

We were welcomed by Didi at the check in counter. He was super polite and courteous and we were very happy when he upgraded us to the penthouse 3 bedroom . Although we stayed there for 1 night but his customer service skills was excellent. For the room wise, its spacious and every room has a connected bathroom. If you are expecting a quality hotel room then this is not the place for you. Cleanliness is 8/10. Maintenance 6/10. The wifi is good if you are close to the router. If not its unstable. But overall for a family reunion if you are not too picky is acceptable. The swimming pool also is normal and the toilet is superb. Is not dirty or not maintained. My family enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was on bento and is delicious. If you want a buffet is an additional 20rm per pax for you to enjoy Frasers Place Puter Harbour buffet breakfast. Didnt take picture as we forgot. But overall stay for family is 8/10 for a serviced apartment setting. And also Thank you Didi for the welcoming and also the farewell 👍🏽

Love the free parking when the ticket validated. The foods are so much variety we tried all but the time limit is not enough. The treasure hunting and to break the clues to find the combination lock is fun. The themed deco concept of the hotel room are on point. Its very convenient locatiin when you wabt to go to the water park, theme park, Sea Life and Medini mall. The parking bays are ample and nearby with covered roof. We should have stayed one more night as we do not use all the facilities and services there.

Extremely beautiful scenary. Super high class, HOST IS SO POLITE AND KIND. I had a late check out she didn't scold me but still welcome me back. Also allow me place luggage at security guard area. THE SECURITY AT JOHOR IS AMAZING. SURELY NOT LIKE THOSE PEOPLE ACCUSE THAT BAD. SURELY WILL VISIT AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I NEVER BEEN IN SUCH HIGH FLOOR IN MY LIFE AT A BALCONY, SO GRATEFUL TO FOUND THIS LUCKY GEMS.

The room is very large and suitable for family outings. It is very close to Lego. The facilities are also relatively new. The overall cost-effectiveness is high and I am very satisfied. But the selected room is a bit smelly. I don't know if it is too close to the garbage station

HHoliday MakerThe studio apartment was nice and comfortable. We cook ourselves as there's nearby super market. Host were very responsive as our room stove spoilt they replace with a portable stove immediately so didn't have to waste all grocery we bought. Location wise is away from busy city so we can spend our peaceful time at the apartment. All item in the room works good+portable stove and kitchen utensil all intact. Bath room was cleaned and Bed was so comfortable. Travel to the city also easy wizzy with affordable grab fare. Before we leave we do some room cleaning and arranged all utensil at its location so next user can enjoy their stay with pleasant moment. Definitely will come back and stay here again.

QQuyenThis area is very deserted, if you want to find a convinient store to buy drinks or snacks or dinner, you have to go out or book a grab. I have to check in myself so it's inconvenient. The security guard won't have any information. You have to call the support person for instructions on how to get the key and wifi.
Next time I will choose a place near the center of Joho Bahru for convenient eating and sightseeing
The advantage is that the room is about 55m2 wide, has a sofa bed so it can accommodate more people, suitable for a group of young people.

TTimothyIf you consider as Malaysia, and lower your expectation, this is a near perfect place to stay. I booked at 2 nights for SGD 126, it is an absolute steal. Just across the road is Mall of Medini, where it is connected to Legoland at the other end of the mall. Supermarket, fastfood, chicken rice shop is located in the mall.
Just below the block on the left is an indian grocery stall, and a 7-11, and Gleneagles is just at the other side from Mall of Medini. Food are easily accessible in the area during daytime.
There is a park, interconnecting other building in the development on G floor. Swimming pool on highest floor at level 22, with a gym.
Bath tub is relatively clean, aircon is good, cleanliness is acceptable, only the washing machine was faulty, everything else required is working well. There were 2 toilets, sufficient for all of us, and we were given 4 towels, also with shampoo and shower gel, but take note there is not toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
Aircon is cold, wifi is provided upon request, security guard at lobby, this place is recommended. The unit is spacious, my son tried to balance bike ard the house.

LLinnetLove 🩵this Homestay . Make us feels like home . It's a very convenient place to stay if you're going to Legoland . Only less than 5 minutes walk you'll reach the Main entrance of Legoland, really recommended this place, if we're coming back, we will stay here again. If you need groceries, there are supermarket B.I.G at Medini mall, you can get everything there. Everything is so convenient.
The house is clean , even have washing machine, you can was you cloths if you want. Have cooking utensils & microwave. The place is perfect . You can cook like at home if you wanted to.
If they can ready big bowls & extra pillows . It will be even more wonderful.

PP3N0The apartment was ok but all the room there’s NO HANGER. And there’s no shampoo,and 1st room there’s a mirror but no cabinet . Master bedroom there’s a cabinet but no mirrorr. 🤦
And the WATER HEATER is not working, bathroom floor trap choke.

DdavidandgabbieWe booked a 4 bedroom “penthouse” that was located on level 5 of a 20+ floor building. When questioned we were told that a duplex is the same as a penthouse. Must be different definitions in different countries. Inside, the apartment was comfortable but lacking many items needed for a family stay. A mini fridge, dirty frypan and dirty saucepan were the only items on hand for cooking. The soap provided in the showers was poor quality as to were the paper thin towels. Outside facilities such as pool and playground were nice touches. Location was also good for our visit to Legoland.

GGuest UserOverall it is good. But there was no water supply in the morning causing me not being able to clean myself and poo. I need to rush to a cafe nearby to poo. What a disaster. The owner should be aware that the water facility will be shut down and remind customers beforehand, so that they can choose other places to stay. Disaster. I hope it won't happen to anyone else... Disaster.
