Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Hotel Ming for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. The only good thing about this place is the free water. We’d paid a lot more than we usually would for a budget accommodation so we were expecting a nice place. We drew the short straw and were given the room right at the front of the hotel meaning our full room lit up red from the sign above the hotel, also it was near impossible to sleep as it’s on a main road and the cars go past very fast and very loudly. Other than this the WiFi didn’t work and the air con was rubbish. On our second day we’d struggled to get into contact with the hotel to explain our dissatisfaction but they were ignoring our whats app messages and no body was on reception. When we finally spoke to them they didn’t seem bothered, they said the WiFi was broken and that they had no other rooms to move us to, they didn’t even offer a refund or to move us to there other hotel. The customer service here is rubbish and if you pay for WiFi you should 100% have WiFi and if not you should be entitled to a small refund or discount.

They stayed at this hotel for the night. They arrived here in the afternoon from the island of Redanga and flew to Kuala Lumpur at 9am the next day. Hotel pluses : 15min walk to the airport (if you don't plan to go to the city, only for a night stay, then save 30MR by taxi to the city). Near the sea, we weren't, but read that a good beach, you can swim. Not taking a deposit. Low price for accommodation. Not bad area of the hotel. And further minusciki. The hotel consists of 2-story two-story buildings. We took the standard number (to get on the first floor and it's bad, I'll write why). The room itself is normal, the room is clean, costs 2 beds one bed, a table, a TV, a teapot (no coffee-tea),2 bottles of water. What didn't like in the room: doubtful that was clean underwear on the beds, didn't look fresh. A terrible hard pillows (I couldn't sleep at night, eventually cleaned at all). Air conditioner opposite the beds and blowing in the face, but you will turn off – dusty. Not a pleasant smell in the room. There is no fan, safe, refrigerator, towel only one bath per room. In the bathroom is increasingly – showers with hot water, there is soap, shampoo. Comparatively clean. I didn't like breakfast starts from 7 a.m. This is late for a transit hotel. The plane was before CL at 9 a.m., did not risk and remained without included in the booking of breakfast. It is possible to eat near the hotel we do not know, on the day of settlement, called a taxi and left to the city to the Crystal Mosque, there had lunch, and had dinner in the city center in the shopping mall, not far from the bus station. Despite it's only units of shoplots, this hotel is cosy and comfortable enough provided you take room with window. Otherwise, room without window does looks very small and very little space to move around. Also very little space to put your luggage or to pray if you are a Muslim. Overall, nice and comfy hotel despite it's a budget hotel. Not much complaint.
