Water heater not functioning, so everyday i have my shower with cold. Take premium parking and paid RM30, but 3 times i go and out, need to lift that heavy stand alone. Their staff just watching from inside. Hotel not well maintain, toilet got many stain. Even guest toilet at lobby dirty. Breakfast just middle range good.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

Hotel best sbb location tgh town. Bawah hotel pun byk kedai² makan so senang nk cari makanan favourite. Bilik ok clean tapi katil agak nipis & bantal pun dapat sorang satu. Klu boleh bagilah 2 bantal sorang. Overall this hotel oklah utk stay 1 or 2 mlm jer.

A room with 2 single beds at a price that is not worth it. In the room there are no facilities for making drinks and ironing. The room is not that big. Need to climb a rather steep staircase to get to the room. Not suitable for the elderly. Had to park far from the hotel because that night there was a group at the cafe next door. Check in/out is quite fast.

The front desk very helpful, they insist us to register online for the membership valid for 2 years to get discount for RM10. The check in went smoothly. Ask the room nearly to the stair. The stair quite steep, may not suitable for old folks. The room small but comfortable.

We were on ”road trip” around Semenanjung, and somehow tried our luck with AST. To our surprise, the hotel was better than our expectation, especially at the price we paid. We end up extending day after days, and made AST as our ”camp” when we explore Kedah and Perlis :) Do note, this is a business hotel, and we find it good as lodging purpose only. Help us to rest in the night, clean up, while on day time we explore the town/state

The room was really small, the sanitation was not very clean, and the toilet was dirty and not clean. The equipment is also somewhat old. The service is OK, the type of reservation started to be wrong, and then Ctrip helped solve it very well, although we paid extra for it. There is a parking space outside and no breakfast.

Had a chance to stay at this T Hotel Tandop during my recent trip to Alor Star - Got the room at only RM 60 per night at Traveloka and had a twin bed room. The check in is simple - quick and fast - they took RM 20 for deposit and I was told my room is in Tower B (they have three tower for now). Parking is door front and is ample (at least I dont have issues getting a parking spot). The room is basic - less than 20 sqm - two beds - one desk and a hanging dresser and a small bathroom. Bathroom amenities is very limited (only one bottle for top to bottom wash). Room is clean and neat - no sign of rundown and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple - had nasi lemak bungkus which was yummy but is limited so go early. Overall I would say it is a good place for a night sleep - superb value for money. WIFI is also available throughout the hotel.

COZY AND TIDY BEDS. SMALL AND SIMPLE ROOM. WATER BOTTLES PROVIDED IN THE ROOM. THERE AARE CABINET AND HANGERS IN THE ROOM. GOOD LOCATION WITH AMPLE PARKING RIGHT INFRONT OF THE HOTEL.
