Nice apartment and clean. The location is nearby the town especially Kopitiam Kita and Pasar Siti Khadijah. We enjoyed staying here just for one night and satisfied with the facilities provided.

Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

Easy to find the hotel, but waiting for the traffic to give you way to enter the hotel gonna be tough during peak hour. Enough parking inside or outside. Security is enough, you can only go up if you have the key.
The check in time start from 2 pm, super rarity.
Comfortable room, enough space to put luggage, pray.
What I love is the toilet is separated from shower. Enough amenities.
The breakfast spread is nice, got Kelantan delicacies like laksam, nasi kerabu. They put catchy phrases under each menu. I think if they serve the tarik, it would be even better.
The tv is nice too, got movie list besides the normal channel. Whenever you call the guest service, it took them within 30 mins to serve you, in my case we requested new towels and sejadah and foot mat.
Maybe the hotel can consider to provide umbrella since it rains non stop.
Location wise, it's not super central, but still central kb, it only took you less than 15 mins to reach pasar siti khadijah.
The sales director en fitri zinuddin makes us feels welcome.

The room is okay. You can contact the landlord via WhatsApp in advance. The landlord is very polite and provides contactless check-in and check-out throughout the process. There are two rooms with basic facilities, and there is also a parking space for those who drive. But the windows are not soundproof, and the sound of motorcycles on the road at night can be clearly heard. People with sensitive nerves, like me, can't sleep well all night.

2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service?
3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion)
4. Guards - very friendly and always smile (credit for them)
Overall - not bad
But got room for improvement in future….

GGuest UserLiked our choice of Prestige 1-bedroom apartment (Block A13-10 18th floor) in the Sky River Front building behind Ibis Hotel. Newly painted and very clean. Has separate bedroom and bathroom to main lounge, dining and kitchen area. Had a balcony, WiFi and off-street allocated parking. Towels and toiletries are provided. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Cutlery and crockery is also supplied. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The only negative is that there is no place to cook. It would be nice is an appliance was supplied for this purpose.

LLixiaoyao1109The hotel has a strong old-fashioned feel. The air conditioning is OK, not as bad as the previous comments say. There is no quilt, but the blanket in the photo. But the advantage should be that someone washes it for each guest, each has its pros and cons. Bus No. 9 from the airport. It runs every 2 hours. The terminal is not far from the hotel. And there should be a stop for passengers to get on and off at the intersection of Zheng He Archway.

SSharifuddin UmarWhat I like most about this hotel is it's location. Right smack in the city centre. Spacious room with complete in-room amenities including a mini fridge and a microwave oven. Not many channels on the telly, only those free to air ones. The famous Muhammadi Mosque is just across the road and Tambatan DiRaja is just a short walk away. Parking is quite limited. Nasi Ulam Cikgu Fauzi is just behind the building if you are into it.

GGuest UserWe stayed here 2 nights before catching the jungle train at Wakaf Bharu, it’s in a great location, not far to food & the shopping mall. The rooms are a good size! We were in a twin which was very spacious & clean! We would 100% recommend here, for backpackers you can’t beat this place for value! The only negative was there was no free water refills & in our room the Wi-Fi was very temperamental but apart from that we were really pleased with our stay!

IinafionaBilik clean. Toilet bersih. Accessories cukup Ada tv. Airconditioning. Sungai luas yg cantik.. river view. Can fishing from balcony. Dine at the floating restaurant at reasonable price. We are lucky this Saturday morning is a Saturday Floating Market with varieties of local delicacies. Interesting to see Dikir Barat Performance. A weekly event. Please come. Really worth it & fun. Boleh naik boat/ we enjoyed river cruise! Here are some pictures.

As a result, this app also marked the wrong map location! ! ! Very general, there is no need to come specifically, even the whole Kota Baru has nothing to play... The museum is very small, the inside has to be barefoot, can not take pictures. Outside, everyone just look at my picture... Finally, the cat is black all his life! ! !

MM32***23Built in 1912 for the Indian Commercial Bank. The building is a colonial building, the first stone was built in Jilandan during World War II. It is now also known as the "War Museum" and its exhibition focuses on Japanese aggression and occupation of Malaysia and the emergency events of 1948. The exhibits are mainly old photography, rusty guns and other military items. Upstairs is a regular gallery showing prewar Killandan; there is also a garden with rebuilt British bunkers.
