We chose apartments with a pool or beach. I had to urgently look for and book these apartments, as the previous ones were canceled 3 days before arrival. The location is as secluded as possible, as it is located on an artificial island directly opposite Singapore. We met very few people even though we were there on the weekend. The apartments have everything you need: kitchen, dishes, good mattresses, bed linen and towels. Check-in is contactless (they left the keys in the mailbox, sending us the code for the locker), they sent detailed instructions with WiFi passwords, door code, etc. The only problem was with the door to the bathroom - apparently it had dried out and did not close well, but I think this is a solvable issue.

Excellent amenities and great staff service! They were extremely respectful and responsive to our needs!
Rooms were clean and the building was very neat and professional looking!
We will definitely be coming back to stay on our next trip to malaysia! Love this place!

We stayed at this hotel for a quick transit before going out to Legoland. The family room is looks new, modern furnished, and spacious enough for our family of 5 (2 adult, 3 children). It is quite far from the JB city center, but really close to Legoland (5-10 min taxi ride) and also the SG-JB 2nd Link. There are some supermarket arround the hotel and for breakfast, a delicious Nasi Lemak is just arround the corner. Very recommended hotel.

Location is abit ulu. There's basement parking available and security guard on patrol. Room is new and clean. Kids love the bunk bed.
When checking out, receptionist said that payment wasn't receievd and insisted that I made payment on the spot. The payment was prepaid online during booking. Although emails and Trip.com app showed that payment has been made, receptionist still insisted that I had to produce bank transaction to prove that payment has been made. Internet-called Trip.com helpline and the CSO acted promptly to help me resolve the issue.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well maintain and close to all amenities. There is slipper for toilet, kettle in the bathroom, clean towel and comfortable bed and pillows.
There are also space provided to hanging the clothes and bathroom rail for towel.
I took a triple room, not too small, just nice.
But the water heater a bit leaking.
Other than that, all satisfactory for a budget hotel.

PPuteri Sarah AmylliaHad a few issues with the checkout because of miscommunications but the supervisor was very helpful and kind to me. So thats the only reason im reviewing because the supervisor was patient and nice to me. Is a nice hotel. Safe. No lifts just stairs. The sheets are kinda dirty but everything else is okay. Thank you to the supervisor.
