Near to hospital selayang, can walk using jejantas. Friendly staff ✅ Have fridge in room, but the tv is not function lah. Overall everything is okay, will repeat this hotel again & again.

Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.

For a 4-Star hotel, the facilities and service are on par with other hotels in the region and the price is reasonable. The only setback was that after parking the car in the basement, I could not open the door acess to the hotel lift because I did not have the pin number that was required to open the door. Luckily a maintenance crew who was passing by helped me to open the door. When I qestioned the receptionist, I was told that we must call them to obtain the pin number and open the door. I feel this is quite absurd because it was not mentioned while I did the booking on the internet, nor was there any message from the hotel about this requirement.

This hotel is awesome, despite its a two star hotel, it has a strong air con Daikin, and a ceiling fan, it has all the basic amenities like disposable toothbrush and 3 in 1 shampoo and shower liquid.
On top of that I get to have a nice Mountain View from my room window 😬

We stayed over on 15/03/2022.. It was a reasonably comfortable room.. The staff were very helpful but what beat all was when one family member left a wallet under the bed cover, we were terrified as we hd driven abt 30 mins away from hotel.. I called hotel staff Divi to check our room.. Almost certain she was not going respond as she was busy even when we checked out earlier.. But to our surprise, she answered the phone & listened to us calmly & promised to get back to us.. Abt 5 mins later, she called from our room & told she found the wallet.. The hotel owner is very fortunate to have a staff like Divi.. Lavana don't let Ms Divi go..

Pros:
1. Strategic location, surrounded with eatery places like Kyochon, mamak, family mart, steamboat.
2. Quite spacious for 2 people and relatively clean room.
3. Shower heater and air cond work fine.
Cons
1. Got ant issue and was visited by 1 super big cockroach at 1 night.
2. Old aircond, so not so cold, even after 2 days left open.
3. Different types of bed mattresses: 1 springy and 1 not.
4. No lift, and needs to climb to the 3 rd floor
5. Only 2 plugs.
6. Door security a bit lacking: only door knob lock
Summary: good place for a short stay only.

GGuest UserAll went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

GGuest UserThe room was filthy full of hairs and stains on the bed even had cockroaches, they will ask you to top up money if you booked cheaper online, I checked out within 30 mins and they refused to refund me, and when you pay they don’t even give you receipt.. looks like some nonsense going on in that hotel, stay away don’t book this hotel go for the ones inside selayang capitol mall that hotels are way better..
