Anyway, the lock on my luggage was completely missing between the seaplane and check in the resort. Third. neither the birthday room decorations nor the cake that was promised to me was delivered. I was sick that day, so I didn't remind or ask, but I think the hotel completely forgot, which is a big mistake. Fourth, I told that I am sick and uncomfortable, can I ask for some hot soup for breakfast? The front desk said that there is no way, you only can eat whatever the kitchen prepares, which I can understand, But the front desk didn't even have a word of concern and greeting! I feel so indifferent! I was very happy to choose you as my first vacation after the covid ,but now I feel that this is a complete mistake.

The facilities and environment of the hotel, especially when I lost my passport in the previous room when I changed my passport, ashifu is also actively helping to find it, thank you again. 2 I added 160 US dollars a night with Ashifu. I made it clear that I needed a villa with swimming pool. When I checked in, I found that it was not the swimming pool but jacuzzi, so I felt a bit cheated. 3. The hotel needs to further manage the guest's bills. At checkout, it was found that two bills were not my bills. It took me a long time to find out that the hotel felt that it was because I changed the room that I made a mistake. Put someone's signature in my name. In addition, there is only one total amount of each order at the checkout. Can you transfer the list that you have signed to the front desk like other hotels. To be honest, I do n’t know if the amount of each meal is increased, mainly because it adds two more to make everyone doubt. 4, communication is also very strenuous when booking, especially booking Shui Fei. 5 In addition, there are swimming pools in Ctrip beach huts, but some do not have them. At that time, I also reacted to the hotel. I do n’t live there. So in the end, the hotel manager asked me, and I can only give good, not perfect, because there are quite a lot of service improvement points. Because the price is nowhere to be placed, the service does not match.

The property is well maintained with very polite staff. They offer quality hospitality and are very attentive towards their guest. Special thanks to Mr. Adam who fulfilled all our requests including allocation of the best sunset villa at the property. We also received a special surprise from the Me. Afzal. Overall they everything was perfect. Our only one recommendation would be that the restaurant can place vegetarian and non-vegetarian food can be placed separately since there are many Indian tourist like us who prefer strictly vegetarian food.

This was by far the best vacation we have ever had. And staying at the Baglioni Resort Maldives was the best decision. From the moment of our arrival, Ambe took such good care of us, attending to everything from dinner reservations, to making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We were treated like royalty and family at the same time. As my husband said, Ambe takes hospitality to a higher level. Every one of the staff was alert and attentive, always watching to see if we needed anything. We'd like to mention a few of the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and fun. Sahadat, RJ, Falaa, Unaish, Raj and Ella took the time to get to know us personally. And we would like to give a special thanks to Shakil, who took care of our villa for us. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. On a scale from 1 - 10, I would give these staff members a 20. Stellar. The resort is well organized and geared towards hospitality and making sure everyone is having a great time. Between the outstanding staff and the beautiful location, it truly was paradise. This was supposed to be a once in a lifetime vacation, but we are already planning on coming back. Thanks to everyone at the Baglione.
