We have been to the Maldives a couple of times and stayed at various high-end hotel but the experienced service level at Milaidhoo ist simply exceptional. All the staff is super-friendly, our butler Hussy was amazing and took such great care of us, he was always reachable via Whatsapp and very responsive. Can't think of any better care. The General Manager Paul was very visible, sometimes you saw him at breakfast or also during the day, greeting and talking to guests, which we liked a lot. I don't want to mention the amazing food, the impeccable and large villas - as everything is mentioned in other reviews. But what I want to mention is the beauty and serenity of the island. When I want to go to the Maldives, I don't want to stay at a Hotel with ＞100 rooms, I don't want an artificial island. It is very important to me that it is a natural island with a beautiful beach, lagoon and reef and the island itself is lush with a nice vegetation. This is exactly what you find at Milaidhoo. Due to the small room number and the fact that there are no children below 9 years, it feels that at most times you are alone on the island. You mostly see other guests at breakfast or during dinner but even then, it never feels crowded, you never need to queue in front of the breakfast/dinner buffet. But most important point what makes this hotel stand out from others are the people working there. I genuinely hat the impression that the people working there are happy and they strive to make you stay as pleasant as possible. Oh. My. God. What a truly, truly remarkable place. One of the Best Resorts in the World Conde Naste say? A well-deserved award! Nautilus truly makes time stand still, and you get to drink in every second of your time there. The restaurants are amazing and really will make you anything they can, literally any time you want - menus are merely a suggestion or a guide. The beaches are perfect, the snorkelling remarkable and just steps from the beach. The accommodations are perfect, and the porthole in the living room floor is a wonderful idea. But what set the Nautilus experience so supper high was the staff. From our AMAZING, 'anything you need any time' house mater Sophia, to the lovely Natasia, Swan and Evi at the spa, our intrepid and determined manta guide Toby, to all the incredible waiters, waitresses, housekeepers, ground staff, EVERYONE was lovely and could not have been more focused on that hardest of things to do - delivering a remarkable, attentive guest experience while being also being so respectful of guests space and privacy. I've no idea how they knew when we were out of our room, but it was serviced like magic. I have no idea how they seamlessly communicated our preferences around the resort, but they are very, very, VERY good at it! The Maldives is chock full of amazing resorts. But if you want to go to the very very best....look no further than The Nautilus.

We chose this hotel, the price/performance ratio is really good. After the trip, some people arranged for pick-up and drop-off, arranged for the inland plane and speedboat to arrive at the resort. After arriving at the fake village, the service staff sent a welcome to each person. We originally booked 5 I lived in a luxury villa in the evening. Fortunately, I can live in the water villa on the 4th night. The two villas have their own characteristics. The luxury villas can see the sunset, the water villas can see the sunrise, and everything is well arranged. The beach has white sand and the water is very blue. We cleaned the room twice a day. We booked a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was also served in the same main restaurant. The waiter was very polite. Every night there are different dishes and facilities. Enough, in addition to drinking water, only one bottle is supplied per room per day. The water in the hose is only filtered once and the salt is not completely filtered. Despite having to cut our trip shortly due to a family bereavement, we had 3 incredible and unforgettable days at Kiha. Starting with the pick up from the airport in a small golf cart, first time for everything, every member of staff went out of their way to make our trip, including the reception staff, the excursions organiser and the staff at meal times. This has the feel of being a small, family run hotel, where they really care. The food was excellent but not the gluttony fest of other larger hotels and resorts. The rooms are clean and modern, the beach is running and quiet and the pool is a bonus. The trips to Hanifaru are obviously a highlight, we packed in 3 trips in 3 days along with a bonus night time swim with Whale Sharks. Note, the trips are about one fifth the price of exactly the same trip on the private islands ! Finally, faced with the need to cut short our trip, change our flights and get to Male ASAP, the team did everything to help. All in all, we loved our stay here and only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to all !!!

From June 27 to July 12… our first stay here and we are already thinking of booking again for February 2025 as we had such a perfect stay. The hotel very kindly arranged our internal flights from Male to Dharavandoo which we paid for about a week before our arrival. This is very useful because booking directly with Manta Air or one of the other operators costs significantly more. Once we arrived, a hotel staff member was at the local airport to greet us and take us on a short (five-minute) ride to the hotel by golf cart with our luggage. There are around 12 rooms which are all lovely - the beach rooms are a little simpler (but still perfectly acceptable), the luxury rooms are ideal and very well furnished. We had a beach room and our daughters the Deluxe room. Both had excellent air conditioning for very humid nights. The staff could not be faulted, as it is a small hotel, everyone was recognizable and extremely helpful in every sense of the word. The food was excellent, fish, pasta, chicken and much more. As there are only a limited number of people, the food is served directly or as a small buffet and was always hot as it was not left standing for hours as is often found. Prices were very reasonable if you ordered additional meals which were not part of your package and tea and coffee were free and soft drinks very reasonable. The dining and reception areas are perfectly clean and tidy. The bikini beach is about 20 meters from the rooms where there are sun loungers and towels or yoga mats are free from the hotel. In the garden you will find seating and tables for outside dining if you wish. Just ask and a table will be set for you and food will be brought to your table (no charge for eating out). There were rarely more than 10 people using the beach and deck chairs when we were there, so we had a lot of the beach to ourselves most of the time. The lagoon near the beach is shallow and suitable for children taking their first steps in snorkeling. Those with a little more experience can head to the reef just beyond the lagoon and see a much greater variety of fish and maybe even a passing turtle if you're lucky. If you don't have any equipment, just talk to the hotel. The LVIS Blancura is about a 4-5-minute walk along the beach to the harbor and the town itself, where you'll find a variety of shops from gift shops to a well-stocked supermarket and a pharmacy if you need one. you need.
