WWenWen HoLove Ryokan ShinSen very very much, we are very very enjoyable! All staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing Chef Cooking on dinner and breakfast. Very full each meals. Nice room with Spa. This price all worth it. I would recommend to friends if they go Fukuoka

RRene CCIt is very close to Takachiho Gorge and is subject to traffic control on weekends.
, it’s only 15 minutes to park your car and walk into the canyon. There is no food nearby. It is recommended to come back after you are full or order a meal from the hotel. The bed is big, two big and two small are comfortable

GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and comfortable, the interior is clean and tidy, and the outdoor open-air hot spring is very much! The food is also good, all the waiters are very polite, and one of the young waitresses, although everyone has a few verbal communication problems, she works very hard to explain, and sometimes uses the translation app on the phone to help communicate, which is worthy of praise! Watching ”Ye Kagura”, because the road is relatively dark, the hotel arranges a car to pick up and give us flashlights. The hotel manager gave us soft cushions so that we can sit on the ground and watch the performance. Very attentive!

GGuest UserLovely hotel located 5 minutes walk to Takachiho Shrine and 15-20 minutes to Takachiho Gorge. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Excellent service at the reception desk.
Hotel provided seat cushions for us to sit on to watch the evening show at Takachiho Shrine. Also very helpful with confirming our next destination since we did not speak Japanese.
Lovely meals in the onsite restaurant.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and even stay here again one day.

かかりん様I used it on a solo trip, but I was impressed with the detailed response from check-in to check-out. I was impressed with the idea of using dinner, breakfast and local food. I think the balance between price and service is very good facility.

JJessicaThe location is convenient. It’s just 5-10 minute taxi ride to Takachiho gorge, 9-minute walk to Amaterasu railway and 12 minutes on foot to Takachiho bus center. The room is big enough, clean and comfortable. The food’s delicious! You must try their chicken nanban and deer meat. Above all, they have the nicest, most accommodating, and approachable hotel staff. I highly recommend staying at hotel grateful Takachiho. Grateful for the best hotel stay. Again, the staff are amazing!

Takachiho is not a big place, and there is nothing to say about the location, so it can be regarded as the center.
I reserved a single room and gave a twin room, maybe there are not many tenants, and I went to check in at two o'clock in advance, and I agreed directly.
The hotel is a bit old, especially behind the TV, the cleanliness of air conditioners and the like is a bit poor, and crumbs fall off after a while.
Breakfast is a plate of Japanese set meals. It doesn’t cost much to add more, and there are not many breakfast options nearby, so you can just settle for it if you don’t want to bother.
The overall service is acceptable, and you can't ask too much for a cheap hotel, and it can be regarded as a suitable choice for a temporary one-night stay.
