The nearest station of the Shinkansen, Shin Shirakawa, is not a distance that can't be walked, but it may be difficult if there are many luggage. 大手代理店を通じて手配しました（当然、そこで支払い済みで、別の地での後泊分を含めた『最終旅程表』を発行＝これをホテルに提示して宿泊できる）。 でも、チェックインする際に宿泊料金を請求される。『支払い済み』であると告げると、改めて確認後・じゃあここに記入してと宿泊票に記入を促される(二重請求した謝罪など一言も無し)。憤懣を持ちながら部屋に入って、先の『最終旅程表』を返してもらってない事に気付きフロントに内線。。。返ってきた答えがホテルが代理店に請求するのに必要だから返せないと言う。『それじゃあ次に泊まるところで提示できなくなる成る。どうするんだ』と叱責しても、そちらのホテルと代理店の対応に成ると訳の分からない主張をされ、いい加減怒ると部屋まで持ってくる(内線対応した者や責任者が来るのではなく『研修生』の名札を付けた若い女性が持ってくる)。 そのお部屋も個別空調も出来ない古さに加え、バスに排水溝には誰かの髪の毛がべったり。 全体的にハード面の劣化は止むなくとも、マンパワーの酷さは最低です。 新白河駅周辺には、東横インさんやルートインさんも在るのに、東京第一ホテルグループを信用して手配したのが間違いだった。翌朝チェックアウト時に宿泊責任者を呼んで貰って抗議をし、帰宅後・手配を依頼した大手代理店や東京第一ホテル阪急阪神グループ(本社？本部？)の総務部に電話で『あまりにも酷い』とクレームを入れざるを得ませんでした。(こういう件は当該ホテルに言っても無駄だと思う)。 私は二度と泊まらないが、皆さんも気を付けた方が良いでしょう。
