"The staff service is proactive and attentive! Although the lobby is small but well green, there are many drinks provided free of charge, the facilities are courteous and attentive, which is heartwarming. Highly recommended! Will choose to stay again next time I have the chance. There are low buildings nearby, the hotel is the tallest, so the view outside the window is wide, and you can see the sunset."

"Awesome services, the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Super recommended to everyone, and the breakfast was very good. You don't need to go out everywhere, inside the hotel has everything u may be looking for. The location may not be so convenient for those people not driving, but luckily still have a bus stop nearby the hotel."

"Room is small for double bed. Suggest to remove chair in the room. Decor is elegant inside the room and toilet, which is big enough. A short 5 minutes walk to a bus stop near a community field, a famous curry rice restaurant and convenience stall. Quiet neighbour. Everything are well thought off."

"By far the biggest room we had except the old carpet. Kind enough to allow us to check in early and leave our luggage after we checked out for sightseeing. The room facing a hilltop castle and the sea. Buses passed in front of the hotel. Good location. Only 10 minutes walk to train station. Many restaurants in the neighbour within walking distance. Bonus is they have AM/FM radio system which is working well in the room."

"Hygiene: very clean, but not as good as most excellent hotels in Japan Environment: The flowers and plants are very good looking. In fact, when you live, you will see a lot of insects... Service: Good attitude, maybe not full score but worth 5 stars Facilities: Some sense of time, but the overall is very good, but the main thing is the country house hotel, so travel must arrange a small bread transfer one day in advance, but the taxi point can be reimbursed, this gave 5 stars in the service bar. Up"

"The front desk staff is very helpful. We need to go to the hospital, the lady helped calling the hospital and give us the useful information. The view from the hot spring is fantastic. Can see the bridge and the sea near Naruto. There is a hot spring also on the roof top. Wonderful!"
