Fantastic hotel - very friendly and attentive staff and facilities are old but very classic and high quality. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the yummy breakfast where you can pick western or Japanese. We wanted to have buffet however it actually so nice not to and someone bring out breakfast

Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

The shuttle is to and from the airport doesn’t run in the morning. Even with staff standing right at the desk, you have to do an automated check in with a computer. Yeah, my biggest gripe was that after traveling for over 24 hours to get to Osaka I was told I could not get into my room 45 minutes early unless I paid an extra ¥1000, or presented my Tokyo membership card. Like gee….I’m sorry…this is the first time I’ve been here….certainly charge me extra because I don’t have a membership card with you all. NOT a good way of taking care of an exhausted guest.
