Posizione dell hotel magnifica . Vista spettacolare a 360 gradi sull altipiano di Asiago . Un po’ deludenti invece i servizi dell ‘hotel che vanta di 4 stelle S sicuramente per la posizione ma non per ciò che offre. E’ la prima volta che in un hotel 4S ci capita di trovare la SPA non inclusa , indubbiamente molto bella ma un po’ sui generis : - zona relax molto ampia e pulita ma che emana una sensazione di freddezza e non di relax , scarsa o del tutto priva di musica rilassante in sottofondo . - zona tisaneria inesistente con sola acqua e limone . Presenza di mele e noci sgusciate . Ma le tisane che dovrebbero essere un must nelle spa a 4 /5 stelle , in questa invece inesistenti ! Camera junior suite bella e spaziosa con panorama meraviglioso . Bagno invece da 2 stelle . Pulizia basic Non ci sono ciabatte in camera Presenza di due mini saponette per detersione viso basic Colazione nella media Cena 2 stelle : buffet visibilmente riciclato nei giorni ( e’ comprensibile un certo riciclo antispreco ,ma non così evidente) Portate poco digeribili e senza particolare gusto . Personale molto gentile e disponibile ,ma in evidentissimo affanno . Altra cosa strana , richiesta di saldo soggiorno contestualmente al check in . Un 4S non può permettersi tutto questo anche perché il prezzo è equivalente ai 4Se 5 stelle ben diversi nei servizi . La posizione e’ strepitosa e il panorama sembra un dipinto , per questo ci ritornerei ,ma solo con formula B&B e massimo un fine settimana . Un vero peccato !

Location immersed in green,a few minutes' drive from Marostica and Bassano del Grappa.Accommodation to the fast and complete reception ,in addition to being very kind,we have particularly appreciated the girl's kindness (I think she's called Sara). The room was very spacious, very clean and equipped with every comfort (not the fridge bar,but little bad). Adequate price for services and comfort, proposed or proposed by the structure.

I was a night in this hotel that proves to be comfortable, ordered and clean.Not very large room but with all the essentials. For breakfast, given the arrangements of the time, the buffet is not possible, but a wide choice to be made last night.All very good.There is also a restaurant. Hotels to be recommended.

Problema tecnico nella prenotazione. Ho ricevuto conferma automatica da voi della prenotazione e promemoria del check in. Arrivato alla tenuta ho avuto la pessima sorpresa che c’era overbooking. Ci hanno dovuto cercare una sistemazione alternativa. Esperienza pessima. Il proprietario della tenuta Fortelongo è stato molto gentile e si è scusato più volte anche se il problema è stato vostro. Mi aspetterei un gesto da parte vostra per compensare il disagio subito (delusione nello scoprire che l’agriturismo che avevamo scelto non poteva accoglierci e arrabbiatura per il fatto che nessuno ci ha avvisati, nè via email nè via telefono. A dir poco vergognoso

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, is that the room smells bad this time, and the water in the washbasin is blocked. There is a bar downstairs very relaxed, the Italian restaurant on the first floor is very delicious, this is the hotel's ➕ sub-item. Breakfast is relatively simple. Will come again

Arrivato alla tenuta ho avuto la pessima sorpresa che c’era overbooking. Ci hanno dovuto cercare una sistemazione alternativa. Esperienza pessima. Il proprietario della tenuta Fortelongo è stato molto gentile e si è scusato più volte anche se il problema è stato vostro. Mi aspetterei un gesto da parte vostra per compensare il disagio subito (delusione nello scoprire che l’agriturismo che avevamo scelto non poteva accoglierci e arrabbiatura per il fatto che nessuno ci ha avvisati, nè via email nè via telefono. A dir poco vergognoso

This hotel was very convenient to get into the centre of Vicenza on foot. It was very clean and functional. However, what was completely outstanding was all the staff. Every single person we encountered was unfailingly, helpful polite, kind pleasant.

It is not the first villa I come back here, the countryside's peace and the tranquility of this hotel attract me. Parked the bike in the private courtyard on the enters the hotel, all very simple but ordered and to my extent. The hotel has a very nice service, rooms are a bit dated but the price is paid and then they are in order. I have dinned in the hotel by choosing a very varied and perfect day menu. If you need peace this is the right place is not spend much
