Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

L'Hotel è vicinissima alla Reggia di Caserta ed è formidabile, pulito, ordinato, il personale gentilissimo e cortese con i clienti sempre pronti per qualunque esigenza. Abbiamo trascorso due notti in una camera molto pulita accogliente e spaziosa, cosa che non si vede in molti altri hotel. Grazie di cuore per le magnifiche giornate.

A very comfortable and good value hotel close to the Royal Palace at Caserta. We arrived late into Naples airport and it was a short drive to the hotel which was easy to find. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really excellent unlike many hotels. And it was excellent value.

GGuest UserI was here on business in May for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this hotel. Upon arrival at this regal hotel the manager greeted me in English once he knew I wasn't Italian. He went out of his way to accommodate me in getting into my room. The room were very clean and decorated elegantly. Just perfect for my 2 wk stay. Each night I would sit in the Lobby/ great room/ Bar and admire the beautiful surroundings along with the people watching. The Bartender Lucianno was very pleasant to talk too. The Hotel Manger was always friendly and treated me with respect, kindness and consideration. The Hotel is surrounded by concrete walls, shrubs and metal fencing. They also had a security system set in place at the gate. I felt very safe there. The hotel came with NaBoo Spa and I took full advantage of their services with several massages, steam rooms and pools. The Manger at the NaBoo spa that spoke English, beautiful lady with Long Black Hair (wish I could remember her name) was very kind and considerate to my needs. She always explained everything in detail and gave me a tour of the Spa. I definitely took advantage of the services there with a hot stone massage by Rosanne, a destress massage, steam rooms, saunas and pool area. The pricing was very reasonable. I consider this a world class spa with professional staff. My company will be doing business in the area for the next 4 months and I let them know that this would be the place to book my colleagues. Can't say enough about this hotel and can't wait to come back in September.

GGuest UserQualified staff available and always careful ! The new top rooms are well made ! No more moquette is present but a splendid parquet, completely refurbished ! Note negative forget the boxes , they have been removed and replaced with metal layers that give a sense of disorder and in the shower there is no longer a shampoo shower layer!

GGuest UserExperienced a very pleasant stay for a couole of days. Room was tidy and clean, receptionists were very friendly and breakfast service was punctual. The hotel is close to the Royal palace ”Reggia di Caserta”, only 15 min walk and 5 min walk from the main street that links to the latter which is also full of cafes and shops. Recommended!
