The Hotel was everything I was looking for.The rooms were huge , extremely clean , hygienic and the view from the room was excellent.The food was another thing I would like to highlight,it was extremely tasty and on top of it not at all oily ,it felt like home made meals. MrManikandan P the Manager,is an excellent host and a great human being.He made sure my stay was supremely comfortable and he was always available to extend his kind help for any of my queries. The staff of the hotel is also really really good and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. I booked this place for three days but ended up staying for 5 days. The location of the hotel is really good.I had an extremely peaceful and an enjoyable stay on midst of Nature and really good people. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The best hill view resort with the beautifully constructed room. They are damn chill in and out. Overall the hospitality is too too good and this is the second time we are preferring this same cottage.

I had a really good experience. The hotel and rooms are new, clean and well maintained. All staffs were very polite and really helpful. Food is very good too. They arranged cabs for all my travels. I totally suggest this hotel for anyone planning to travel to Yercaud.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel like a valued guest right from the start. Throughout our stay, every member of your team exhibited a level of hospitality that is truly commendable. The accommodations at the hotel were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities left a lasting impression on me and my family. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant and relaxing stay. I was equally impressed with the dining experience at your hotel. The food at Hotel was delectable, and the service was impeccable. The variety of options on the menu catered to a range of tastes, and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed each meal we had during our stay.

We booked two rooms at iHotels in Yercard, one for us and one for my friend's family. We asked for rooms next to each other when we booked, and the head office confirmed they could do that. We checked-in on Friday, and my friend checked-in on Saturday. When we got there, we asked again for the rooms to be next to each other, and they said it wouldn't be a problem because they had lots of rooms. But on Saturday, when it got busy, they gave our requested room to someone else. The staff was rude to us when my friend checked in and didn't give us the room that we had requested in one month advance. Despite these issues, the food quality was satisfactory, and the hotel's central location provided easy access to most viewpoints. Additionally, during the booking process, the head office person said that there was a mountain view from the room, but this was not guaranteed for all rooms. And the communication between the front office and the head office staff was poor. If we ask anything at the front office, their response is to call and speak with the head office staff. Bcos of that office person i am giving only 4 stars

Stay has always been excellent, service, food, morning view are what stands out at this property. I have stayed thrice at this property, once in classic and twice in premium valley view room. Rooms are always spacious and cozy. Food is good but i would love to have more options for breakfast considering the price

We stayed in Yercaud for 2nights and 3 days.Booked SS Silver oaks resort 1 day in advance.I had a dilemma whether I took a wise decision or not but after reaching there I understood that I didnt take any wrong decision.Check in and check out processes were smooth.The resort is situated 2.5kms away from yercaud lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the town area.We stayed in standard room.Room was extremely clean.Toilet was also clean.The resort has a wonderful restaurant named 'Spice”.Food were just yummy.We never dared to go to other eateries after enriching our taste buds with the delicious foods of Spice restaurant.Crispy Ghee dhosa, Andhra chicken, Paneer noodles and chicken pullipalayam are the dishes which we really loved. The staffs thrived hard to take care of our each and every needs.Mr Kannan, Mr Sharvan, Mr Lokesh and Mr Govindraj (Kitchen) had helped us a lot to make our stay a memorable one.They provide strong wifi connection in each and every rooms; also in lobby and kitchen. The things which can be improved are 1.Currently there is no elevator.So for older persons it will be difficult to climb through stairs. 2.They do not accept cards.Only google pay and cash are accepted.

GGuest UserRooms are clean. Not too fancy, Simple and enough for night stay. Power went off a few times at night but they had backup enough for lights and fan. They arranged for extra bed we requested. Morning hot water takes a little time. Complimentary breakfast was okay - Idly, fresh dosa, pongal. Location is a bit uphill and restaurants are almost a mile away but room service is available. Staff was helpful though it seemed like a bunch of boys running the entire arrangements. Very near to Poppy Hills adventure. There is a small carrom/TT place and campfire place. I would say worth the money for night stay if you are not looking for 5 star amenities.

GGuest UserWe traveled to yercaud and stayed at the Grange Resort, which is located near Pakkoda Point. It's a satisfying experience. The environment at the resort is wonderful and pleasant. There is a restaurant there. Food will be served according to order. Within 1.5 kilometers is a gorgeous bird park named peeku park. No free breakfast is provided. The resort is wonderful except from that.
