Lovely peaceful retreat. Excellent food. Comfortable accommodation. Friendly helpful staff - Ruchika is superb. Took a couple of nights away from the beach to do some birding in Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary- found this place on google- what a find. Sitting in the gardens, the birds come to you and saw plenty to keep us occupied! You can go exploring further - they do trips from the place- but we just wanted to chill. BYO this year- fridge in room.

I believe, Cola Goa Beach Resort, is like a diamond 💎 in a ring 💍. What an spectacular view and location! My room was a beachfront ⛱️ & Just 30Meters away from the beach, the beach will Robe your Heart. Excellent Service by Mr. Sai. Special thanks to Ramesh, who took care of everything, we needed, on spot. Special mention to the kitchen staff, who were excellent in preparing delicious cuisine and served in a very right proportion. Daily 2 water bottles have been given in room + 1 water bottle in lunch + dinner . You will find peace, undoubtedly. Special thanks to Mr. Jayesh, arranged by mr Sai, for rental bikes and taxi services, although you will find the rates bit higher than prevalent. Now I should also hint towards Cons: 1. Very tedious way to reach resort, although they have a pvt car to pick and drop , but it's limited, even after that you need to walk 500 to 600 mtrs to reach the property and they should work on it, ASAP. 2. They should have given cold towel wipes to the guests. 3. AC were not working properly initially for 2 hrs, when we checked in, although later on, it was resolved, due to voltage trouble. 4. There is no mini fridge placed in the room, as the prices for rooms are expensive. 5. No TV for entertainment 6. No in house, evening entertainment been organised, which I feel, they should. 7. No souvenir ☹️ and complimentary drinks.

We recently spent a few nights at The Fern Kesarval, and it was fantastic! The location in Verna, Goa is ideal—close to both the airport and some beautiful South Goa beaches. The hotel is easy to find and offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking for a break from the city hustle. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were attentive to all our needs. Whether you're traveling as a couple, a family, or with a group of friends, this hotel is perfect. We loved the proximity to the nearby Verna Industrial Estate and major tourist spots. Plus, it’s budget-friendly, which is a huge bonus in Goa, where prices can be steep. The hotel is very old, which gives it some old school charm. There were lots of families and travellers staying on the resort. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The pool was great for an afternoon swim. Fresh clean towels and bedding daily. Staff is most helpful. There is no restaurant onsite - but food deliveries are easy. Taxi & scooter hire was available. Central and easy to get around. Beaches are close nearby.

This hotel is ran by the most friendly and helpful family. It's in a lovely, quiet part of South Goa, yet close enough to shops, restaurants and so on. And of course the beach - it's literally a 5 minute walk to long, perfect, quiet beaches that have beautifully sunsets. The beach-shacks there have loungers, sun-umbrellas, and are happy to wait on you at the beach as you have the most relaxing time :-) As for the hotel rooms, they have a stylish, modern interior. All the equipment is new, modern and high quality. The showers are high-power / flow, in large walk-in glass shower rooms. The bedrooms are spacious (even compared to European hotels), return large, clean, comfortable beds. The linen is good cotton and changed every day. They have the best quality Japanese air-conditioning units that are whisper-quiet and very powerful and effective! The WiFi had good signal in my room, and by the pool. It had the inevitable occasional dropouts but that's the Goa telecom companies fault, not this hotel's. Another inevitable issue India suffers from is frequent power-cuts. But this hotel has their own backup generator! It automatically kicks in whenever needed so you aren't affected :-) Outside, the hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely, cool, clear swimming pool. There were no mosquitos anywhere. The whole area was super clean and relaxing, and a real pleasure to be in. I visited a couple of other hotels in the area when I was there, (one was the Heritage that was much more expensive). They didn't compare for location, quality, or for friendliness and helpfulness. Nothing was any trouble for Praia da Ora: Arranging taxis, booking spa treatments, scooter hire, etc etc. I'm really looking forward to returning to Praia da Ora. I've travelled all over the world but my recent stay here was one of the most relaxing and comfortable I've ever had!
