This review is for Harshit, Xavier, Anita, Madhu as well as the entire team that they manage. During our entire 3 night stay, we (i.e all 7 members of the family) were treated exceeding well. At breakfast time, Harshit & Xavier were very vigilant, kind and gracious and helped make breakfast a time to remember. Their service was quick, polite and always with a smile. Harshit recommended and got his team to prepare some scrumptious goan dishes for us. His service was absolutely outstanding. The rooms were all very presented, clean & the beds incredibly comfortable. Room service was also quickly delivered & the nice touch being the plentiful supply of bottle water as and when needed. On the final day, Madhu made sure we were well looked after in the waiting lounge. We highly recommend this hotel & wish all the staff who served us so diligently the very best & every success. A great property located about a km from the most beautiful cavelossim beach. The resort is well laid out with all the required amenities and is well maintained. The staff are courteous and well mannered. The cottages are neat and clean and ideal for couples and families. Keep up the good work!

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

The resort was good, but lacked some basic amenities, the room didn't had basics like soap, toothpaste which are provided by the hotel, they even charged for the water bottles a fer the first day, and we had asked twice for our room to be cleaned but it wasn't, otherwise resort has a nice location facing a lake and the food was good, overall i would say it's good but is on a quite expensive side.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location to access restaurants such as the Goan village, Octima and Mike’s places to name a few. Our room had a lovely balcony. Music within the area stops at 23:00 hrs which is necessary due to the location & getting a good night sleep. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30, we had no complaints. 1: There is a fridge in the room. 2: Ample storage to hang clothes on rails rather than wardrobes. 3: Two bottles of water are provided in the room on arrival. Water is not replenished daily but there is plenty of shops locally to buy water. 4: The room is air conditioned & there is a ceiling fan. 5: There are adequate plugs in the room. 6: There is access to a walk-in shower, however the bathroom is basic but serves the purpose. 7: Rooms are cleaned daily, pillows and towels are very worn but clean. 8: There is access to a safe in the room, a key is provided which you keep for your duration. 9: There is coffee & tea facilities. 10: This is a 3 storey building with no access to a lift. There are a lot of steps which could be a problem if you have mobility issues. 11: The staff were lovely & very accommodating. 12: The hotel accept cash and card. There is a 12% charge if you use a card. In conclusion a great price for a basic clean hotel in a fabulous location.

What a great place to stay. If you are into nature get to say in one of the rive cottages and your are right n the edge of the Sal river. On the far bank is a large fruit bat colony, a pond heron arrives on the pontoon just outside every evening to look for fish, smaller bats and kites fly around in the evening and you can watch fishermen pulling in their fishing nets. such a peaceful quiet view from the balcony I loved it. The *** and wo*** on reception were so friendly and professional as was the *** serving breakfast. The beach was a 10 minute walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn in south Goa. The staff was very accommodating Binita manager at reception to Prashant at main Zest cafe to Aden, Cyron to name few always there to help and go above and beyond. Mobar beach was the best in south Goa and step away from your room. Thank you to all amazing staff at Holiday Inn.

Hotel, staff, facilities...all 6 stars! Yes, it's not 5 stars, it's superior. Copy!!! ***y 5 star hotels should follow this example of operation, organization and service. Fabulous!

Booked to stay here for 3 nights in February. On arrival we were told that you could only get wifi in the lobby and there was no WiFi in the room. My wife needed WiFi in the room to be able to work. Hotel staff tried to get us WiFi access but alas it could not be done. There was only us and another couple of people staying at the hotel but we given a small room overlooking the car park. We complained and were given a lovely room overlooking the river Sai. Ate in the restaurant and the food was good and we were served by a very polite waiter who attended to our every need. Due to the lack of WiFi we had to check out after 1 night which was disappointing. Sorry but we will not be coming back.
