I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was very pleasant! The staffs were friendly and helpful especially Mr. Yogi / Yoga, food was delicious (i like the Lumpia), gym and pool were clean, room was spacious and i got a free upgrade. The only issue i had was the amount of plastic waste that being used in this hotel is crazy! I hope they would reduce the use of single use plastic in the future. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

I spent two nights in this hotel. The hotel is strategically located near the heart of Palembang. If the traffic were not crowded, it took about 20 minutes by taxy. The hotel is a well preserved old four storeys hotel. on the first floor, there are 24 hour McD and some restaurants, so eating is not a problem. The price is reasonable. The check-in and check out process is fast and efficient. The room was standard room. The bed was comfortable. The toilet and its toiletries are good and clean. The aircon was cool. The breakfast was standard one and tasty. Overall, it is a nice and comfortable hotel to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Santika Radial to celebrate my mother's birthday in June, and I must say that this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast. The breakfast spread impressed us with its extensive offerings of both traditional and western cuisine. Our rooms were generously spacious, and the city views from our windows were absolutely stunning. A little tip for future guests: consider requesting a room on a higher floor to fully enjoy the best views the hotel has to offer. I am truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality that made our stay so enjoyable. Santika Radial has left a lasting impression, and without a doubt, we will choose to stay here again on our future visits. Booked this hotel for 2 nights from online travel agent, and asked for honeymoon setup. Not just give me the setup I asked, they also upgrade my room to suite!! What a nice surprise. Thank you Sari (front desk staff) for the upgrade and very warm and friendly response to my request. The hotel location is in palembang city center, near hospital (Charitas & YK Madira) and relatively close to anywhere within palembang area. I chose this hotel because it's near my parents' house. The room is very spacious and clean, but I chose room without breakfast so I can't comment about their food. Overall I would recommed this place if you want to stay in Palembang city center.

the service is good,the owner's mother of the inn is friendly,polite and the manner of talking is very polite.the room is quite clean and equipped with ac facilities.it's just that the bathroom is outside.

Untuk kebersihan toilet dan lantai kamar oke si, tp untuk aroma kamarnya aja (apek) sehingga sedikit agak mengganggu kenyamanan ,baiknya si dilengkapi pengharum ruangan disetiap kamar. Untuk kelengkapan , ada kamar yg ga ada remot ac nya , selimutnya agak berdebu jg

everything is perfect,except for the air conditioner.the air conditioner is not cold,it is only a strong blowing of the wind if it is turned on the turbo mode,if it is another mode then i get more passionate. Hope the air conditioner is fixed so that it can be really cool according to the temperature number in the remote. Will come back to stay here again with hope the air conditioning is in excellent condition.
