A hotel with no redeeming features. The building was poorly constructed the room was tiny. The bathroom was covered in mould and filthy .. the whole place felt unclean. The towels thin and rough, probably about 10 years old. The breakfast i wouldn't touch rotting fruit, coffee like pisswater, with communal bowls of creamer and sugar the orange juice bore no resemblance...i suspect some packet mix, that you would get in the 70s . Disgusting place, don't risk the pool, that looked filthy Better to sleep in your car

I take vacation to Batu Malang and randomly choose this hotel. order junior suite room because bring the whole army :D from front, this hotel just look like standar 3-star hotel. But when I enter my room, I surprised because the room is very spacious and cozy. 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. and there is a additional compliment drink like soft drink which is rare in 3-star hotel. this hotel had a strategic location, near with jatim park 3, batu night spectacular, and alun-alun malang. very good if you had a family vacation. but the breakfast is very few variation but there is plenty of street food if you want to breakfast not in hotel.

Very nice Resorts in Batu Malang Room is clean, beautifull view, A lot of Facility ( sport center, gym, kids club, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, billiard, futsal, etc) And also Karaoke, bar And some of villa Very good resorts And recommended But For breakfast All kind of food need to improved. All food no tasty And need more variety We are reserved for family And for breakfast we had pay 65k for child, 125k for adults And for us, that is not worth it, with 125k, Buffet only those things Need more variety in the breakfast

I have spent my vacation for 2 days in this chic hotel. My first impression to this property was great. You will find lazy couch and artificial green grass in each balcony and staring a breathtaking views of Batu city . The location is very easy to find since it located just step ahead to the famous recreational theme park in Batu. The room and the bed was so clean and comfort. You will also find a nice shower with cold and warm water. You will also get 2 bottles mineral water and tea and cereals..well..I thought this could be value added service for this property. For moslem traveller, I couldn't find the kiblat's direction both over the ceiling or anywhere else in this room. They also do not provide the saroong for gents to pray. So, you should bring by yourself. I thought this property also must be consider about cloth's hanger coz I also do not find this in the room. Last but not least,for Hotel Manager and HR Manager, you must see your training need analys since your guest service agent was poor and lack responsiveness. I bit disappointed for several needs ignored. Well...over all the choice is yours reader

GGuest UserBest bang for bucks! Also ask for room on 2nd floor facing the mountains and thank me later 😁 We stayed for 2 nights here and loved every single night. The room itself was huge for the rate and the imperfections were acceptable. We didn't expect the room to have 500 thread count sheet and bathtub. The room had some marks on the wall but it was alright. Bed sheet wasn't also super white but also, alright. We spent most of the time outside anyway. What we loved was every day, there were so many street food seller coming to the accommodation and selling their stuffs at a fraction of a cost. We tried their bakso (meatballs), nasi campur (mixed rice), fried rice, fresh milk and bought some oleh oleh there. What we love about people there was, people was super nice and not money oriented. When we said no about their offer, they weren't being nasty about it, like some sellers. We would love to be back there and enjoy what Batu has to offer again 😁
