Because I couldn't book a room at the Amahelia Hotel next door, I booked this hotel temporarily, and I didn't expect it to be a surprise. The room is clean and tidy, especially the bathroom, which is spacious and transparent; the service attitude is very good, special thanks to the beautiful and generous mita, maya, and other staff for their enthusiastic service; there are lifejacks and flippers for snorkeling. Finally, we were sent back to the main island of Lombok by boat for free. The boat ride lasted for ten minutes, and we also arranged for a driver to return to Senggigi. The hotel faces the sea, and there are many beautiful corals and various fishes 50 meters to the right. highly recommended! highly recommend

From the moment we arrived at the airport to the very last day of our stay, the team at Bleu Mathis ensured everything was seamless and perfectly taken care of. The staff’s warmth and efficiency stood out—always quick to serve and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Khairul for taking my cousin and me on a memorable kayaking trip while making sure we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout. Another huge thank you to Ifan for his attentive care, helping us assimilate to the resort from day one right until check-out. Though we didn’t catch all their names, the entire team was incredibly friendly and genuinely warm. Bleu Mathis truly knows how to make guests feel at home—thank you for such a wonderful experience! Also thank you to the drivers and boatmen for making sure we had a safe journey! We will definitely be back!

The hotel is on gili gede island, about 15 minutes by boat from the pier. As soon as I got on the island, I was warmly welcomed by the landlord. The hotel has two big dogs, Xiaohuang (2 years old) and Xiaohei (1 year old). Although the body is huge, the personality is very docile. After getting along for 2 days, the two good boys were the most reluctant ones when he left. Because on the first day of our family, our teammates were very shy and didn't dare to sleep in the middle of the night; on the second day, when we came to Switzerland and other countries, our teammates knew that this was a highly rated homestay. Here, the landlord treats guests like family and will provide a boat to take us to the opposite island for snorkeling (token fee). Although there is no air conditioning, Lombok Island in July has a temperature of 21-28 degrees, very cool and almost no mosquitoes. In the evening, my son likes to catch the sea on the beach next to the hotel, a bunch of hermit crabs, as well as sea cucumbers, sea urchins, starfish, etc. Finally, the landlord sent us to the hotel in Gillia Sahan opposite for free. Thanks to lia, Michael, Aris, Risky, batman, you are the kindest people. Hope you guys maintain the hotel bedding better! We will be back.

Kokomo is the best and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Indonesia! Not only because of his environment, but also because the staff is extremely enthusiastic! After staying for a few days, I have been with the staff and the local residents as family members! This is a boat from Lombok. Before you arrive at the port, you will see Atning from afar with her partners preparing cool towels and water waiting to greet you at the pier. The hotel's environment, health is impeccable, and the experience is very good during the stay. We are also slowly becoming friends in contact with Atning and Tony. They will take us out to sea to snorkel and catch sea urchins. They will climb to the tree to pick coconuts. Tony even took us home to make sea urchin steamed eggs and black tiger shrimp for us to eat. The villagers on the island are very kind. We will say hello to us when we pass by. It is more a pleasure to watch the colorful Xia dining on the shore of the kokomo restaurant. Atning also surprises us the day before we go. We prepared a romantic dinner. We were super touched. When we came back from kayaking, everything was already unknown to us. Ready for love! I hope to come back to see them soon, and my friends who want to come to Bali and Lombok must come here! ! This is simply a corner of paradise!

The villa was clean. Pool was well maintained. Service from the staff was exceptional. They were very prompt with our requests. They acceded to our requests for laundry detergent, cooking oil and other amenities. We had breakfast sent to our villa but the choices were limited. There are no shops around the villa so get your supplies before checking in. No phone for intercom. They uses WhatsApp chat instead so we created a group chat with the staff and all requests were promptly replied. Could even request for dinner to be prepared while we’re on our way back to villa. Location wise is very peaceful. No crowds at all. The snorkelling boat picked us up right in front of our villa.
