Best luxury family hotel in Bogor-Puncak Area...
having staycation in Pulman Vimala is a great experience. Kids are happy. So many facilities and events inside the hotel. Disable friendly, family friendly... All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and many varieties. The mad cow steak is two thumbs up.
Luxury means no ”mendang mending”. Overall is very worth it at all.
Suggestion:
Need more, clearer, easier to understand the way for visitor especially for the first time and common visitor. Signs and maps or maybe tv monitor or inter-phone in every floors, intersections and facilities.
Need more extention canopy along the way to prevent hard rain and windy rain enter the corridor in every floor.
It is very slipppery and dangerous for children and elderly when they are slipped.

GGuest UserFrom all accommodations in Indonesia to date the least hotel. We stayed there two nights. From outside the Arnawa Hotel has a beautiful appearance as well as the pool. Unfortunately the further stay is disappointing. We got a room that was so muffy and acid smoke because it was very moist that we couldn't stay there. The alternative room we got was and the room is on the top floor (downgrade) instead of the downstairs with garden. The air-conditioning room was opened in the room with temperatures up to 16 degrees without being adapted or deactivated. The shower has little water pressure, so you have to stand almost against the wall to get a little shower. The mirror is completely detached and the door on the bottom is broken. The breakfast is working with a time lock and breakfast voucher you have to pick up in the front desk at the reception. This is called to organize everything better, but it seems that nobody keeps on or is not monitored. The result is a complete chaos. You are in the All-Inclusive “food shell” of the worst species. The dishes are not or very slowly supplemented, which makes t**** ground unable to get. The controller doesn't speak English and look glazing when you ask them something. The only reason that two stars are given here is because we are used to the lower standards you can expect. The reception hears comments all kind with a smile but does nothing.

RRirilesutaryHotels and villas in the Cisarua Puncak area, the location of the hotel is in a small road so I have to alternate between cars that want to enter and leave so it is quite a hassle because when I want to enter the hotel the condition of the Puncak highway is very jammed.
For a hotel consisting of only 2 floors and it seems the number of rooms is not too many, the land is quite large with several villa buildings and quite a lot of facilities such as swimming pools, soccer fields, children's playgrounds.
for hotels and villas, all of them have no air conditioning, even though the air outside is quite cold but inside the room it still feels hot maybe because there is no air circulation.
for hotel rooms all have balconies so you can sit outside the balcony if you are bored in the room, facilities are also available such as coffee makers and also tea, sugar and coffee.
The morning atmosphere is very comfortable with cold air and beautiful mountain views, from the swimming pool you can clearly see the sunrise and the mountain clearly.

GGuest UserThe hotel might be a dormitory in its previous life. Well, we honestly don't know about that, but when you step inside the room you might have similar idea. The interior suggested that it might had seen its days, but now it's been rejuvenated back to life, while leaving some of its former self intact : the vintage ceiling fan, among other things. The room is quite spacious, with a comfy king size bed. But it lack basic necessities that normally found in a hotel room : no refrigerator, no tea/coffee/sugar servings (but we get the water heater, though), and no slippers ! Considering the fact that the hotel is situated in Puncak, and its rooms' floor are not covered with carpet, a pair of slippers will be a blessing ! The hotel has a vast garden, with an open football field and a swimming pool. The pool is quite nice, but in need of extra cleaning, since the bottom is a bit sandy. As for the food, we got a chance to try both the food from the cafe and the ones from the buffet. The ones we order from cafe were quite delicious, but the same can't be said for the buffet. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay. With a modest price, you could enjoy a relaxing atmosphere of a retirement home. Time ticks a bit slower in this place

GGuest UserThe hotel is good, it's just a shame that the cleanliness of the corridor floors is not paid attention to and I heard complaints about the AC not being cold enough and I heard from several other rooms, even though freon was added it was still not cold enough.

The booking is 1 bedroom. It's a bit sad, because there is no TV in the dining room and family. The kitchen is very minimal, and there is no stove. so can't cook hot water. we forgot to ask for a wifi pass, Or really there is no I don't know. TV in the room can turn on, but there's no local channel to watch.
but eat there is no plus. The room air conditioner is ok, the bed sheet is clean. The bathroom is large, and the water coming out is squeezed, it can be hot and cold. there is a refrigerator and a lot of empty closets.
Besides, there's a lot of alphamart and eating places and very close to AEON mall e-mail.
