We have booked the accommodation, they advertise themselves with very favorable pictures on the accommodation search platforms, no one should fall for them, because they are not even close to the standard, to this day I still don't understand how they could get 4 stars. There is mold between the tiles in the bathroom, there is a sewer smell in the bathroom and there is very little space to store things. The room is terribly small and we went with a 2 year old child, it was terrible. It is a much bigger problem that the child could not even be taken out on the mini-terrace because it is life-threatening, you can actually fall out between the railing and the wall. We reported these to the management on the first day, who closed the matter by saying that all their rooms are the same, and they can't do anything. Unfortunately, I transferred 230€ more money than the mandatory deposit. We asked for our money back because we cannot tolerate this quality, and the balcony is life-threatening. After a lot of fighting and talking, they said that we have to stay there at least as much as the mandatory deposit covers the corresponding day or we will lose it completely, and we will get the part above that back.
