The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you take the train to weybridge, there is a bus outside the train station to get to the hotel. If you walk, it is 2.1 kilometers away from the hotel. The dinner in the hotel is very delicious and the breakfast is average. The restaurant service in the hotel is very good. But the front desk service is average; it can be seen that the hotel is renovated and more luxurious, but the room, especially the design of the bathroom, still has certain defects and is not very practical; the surrounding environment of the hotel should be very beautiful in summer. Overall, the hotel is good.

Stayed for a few nights, staff friendly and welcoming. Room was in an Annex outside which was lovely and quiet as we had no guests next door, only downside it stunk of dogs. My Daughter wanted to surprise us with a note, bottle of Prosecco and table booked for an evening meal. It was an Anniversary and Birthday celebration. The Hotel had forgotten to do this, my Daughter was extremely upset as she had planned well in advance of our trip. Hotel staff apologised, delivered a bottle of sparking wine at the table, promised us things would be sorted and better the next day. On arrival to our room the bottle of Prosecco had arrived with the note. It was a shame as the surprise had been taken away from us. Following evening they left a cake in our room with plates and cutlery, that was a nice touch. Food on the whole was good, breakfast was a let down, especially if you were having continental as I did, not much selection, pastries maybe 3 to choose from, Cereal one choice, no yoghurts, no marmalade jam, Strawberry or Honey. Sour bread, so had to ask if they had white/brown bread. On arrival you had to pay your bill in full, never been asked that before in all the years I stayed in different establishments.

We booked to stay, as we were attending a 60th Birthday party at the Hotel. We booked and paid online so checking was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very spacious with a large king size bed. Which was extremely comfortable! We were impressed with the newly renovated bathroom, with lovely soft fluffy towels. The room has all the amenities that we needed ie iron, hairdryer and extra pillows. We booked a room with breakfast - which was excellent and was available till 10.30 which was great. A good array of hot food included quality sausages and bacon. All the breakfast staff were very helpful and genuinely cheerful, as were the reception staff and the bar staff and food servers at the evening function. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I just cannot fault the service. Esther on reception was so helpful and even brought a little cuddly toy up to the room for my two year old daughter. The travel cot I had pre-ordered was already in the room when we arrived and we were given a lovely big room that the three of us could enjoy without being on top of each other. The room was spotlessly clean and all the cleaning staff were so friendly in the morning. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent (again a high chair was ready and waiting for us when we arrived) and whilst the breakfast is a buffet, it is a good selection and high quality. The only small thing I would suggest is that the quality of the coffee is improved and that all coffees are included in the breakfast as paying extra for a 'speciality coffee' is not really in-keeping with a hotel of this standard.

Shower had no pressure and not very hot . Room cold no heating. Bedding was only sheet when we ask for a duvet was given a sheet to keep warm . Plus they only had one bath towel for a couple. Won’t be staying here again . Very disappointed with noise early in morning

The Bridge is well situated on the river and close to the M25 and Heathrow Airport. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Amelia was ever present and really hard working and the hotel manages to attract a good level of local custom in the restaurant so does not suffer from the soulless atmosphere of so many hotels. The full English breakfast is top quality !

There are two reasons for booking this hotel. First, it is close to Heathrow Airport and driving for half an hour. Second, the next morning, I will go to a big junk market next to Amoy. The hotel is in a good environment, just a few steps to the banks of the River Thames, parking is free, the room is quiet, breakfast is good.

Absolutely brilliant hotel!! Me and my boyfriend stayed mainly for Thorpe park it was an incredible location for it. 4 mins from the park! It's a lovely hotel attached to a lovely pub with impeccable food! We came down for our anniversary and decided to eat at the pub was well, it was worth it! Has a lovely outside area with heaters if you want to sit outside or smoke! Dave and Emily were incredible thier service is like no other! We had a problem with our ac in the room and they fixed within 2 hours as we was out at the cinema! They do everything the staff they attend to customers in the bar as well as customers staying in the hotel they do it all! I cant fault our stay at all! We'll definitely be back and be telling people how great it is and how close it is to thorpe park! The price was great as well! I didn't even want to leave I had such a lovely few days there.
